Ordering women's expensive lingerie on line is NOT the way to go. Her Room has an uncompromising 30 day policy for both returns and exchanges. On day 31 you are simply out of luck even when you just need a different size. A refund time limit is one thing but their exchange limit is unrealistic and you pay for all returns. Because of Her Room's refusal to exchange my bras I am now stuck with two very expensive bras that I cannot wear. Her Room does not care if you were sick or had an emergency causing you to miss the 30 day deadline. The department store, where I generally buy my lingerie, has exchanged my purchases up to 5 months later and even returned my money if they did not have the size I needed. My friends anxiously await to hear about my "Her Room" online purchase experience as they advised me not to purchase expensive lingerie on line. Lesson well learned and never again.

In the past I preferred using HerRoom HOWEVER... There was a HUGE mess up with my large order. I placed it - waited and waited for delivery info. When I looked on line 3 weeks later it showed that one of the items was "back ordered" and the rest were "available". But when I called after a month I was told the ENTIRE ORDER was being held up awaiting the back ordered items. What? Most companies will send the ready items and later send the back orders, but not them. I called several times out of frustration (I needed the items for a bridal shower) and FINALLY I got to a Supervisor who said she would send out the in stock items and send the others when in. I was thrilled! Left a very sour in my mouth for sure.
Also the panties that I ordered were way too large and flimsy. Not quality made for sure.

I have never ordered from this company before but will be placing more orders in the near future. I had never ordered this particular product before and I was thrilled with it. It is very comfortable and not expensive at all.

After many conversations a HerRoom rep suggested a totally different size bra for me plus two styles. I ordered one of each style in the new size. Immediately upon arrival I knew these bras were not what I was looking for however I was curious as to the size. I tried one bra on leaving the tags intact. Time frame was about 30 seconds. I then returned the bras for credit. I was refused a refund for the bra I tried on because it was "dirty". There is no way to interpret this other than they are sayin I am dirty. Insulting and a scam. Avoid HerRoom.
It was good and waited for one that was backorder. The bras are very good and comfortable and they don't cut into you.
Returned my ordered items for a refund and was accused of damaging the items I returned. Nothing could be further from the truth. The items were never used and some of the items were NEVER removed from their bags. The tags were all in tact. I am disputing the charge. RUN don't walk away from the Her Room website! In my opinion, they are not a reputable company! I would HIGHLY recommend that you photograph the items that you are returning to avoid the issue that I'm having or better yet, find a different company to order from.
Hello Bonnie - You purchased 5 longline bras and returned all 5. Only one was refused due to significant staining inside the garment. The rest were refunded in full.

Given that we sell intimate apparel, it's important that our inventory remains pristine. We therefore do have a very thoughtful inspection process to insure returns meet this standard. Answer: Hello Sally - if you just want a smaller band size while keeping your same cup volume, move from a 36H(D5) to a 34I(D6). The problem, however, is that this bra does not have a larger cup size in this style. I therefore would not suggest this bra for you.
