Needed new bras; was looking for Knix.com; was brought to this site. Never did find Knix; haven't been able to find Knix any time I've looked. I bought a couple of bras I cannot use. No fault of the product, I just don't like Playtex; but nothing else came close. I still need new bras.

Horrendous customer service. THey lied about shipping methods and when I asked them to rectify it (calmly and politely as you get much further this way!) the woman gave me the run around, to call FedEx, and that basically it wasn't her problem She said there were no supervisors on the floor that I could speak to (is that even legal?) Then she HUNG UP ON ME. No joke lol.
Additionally, I tried to read some reviews on the site. Customers are always helpful in giving information. BUt apparently someone at this place is paid to go through reviews and essentially tell customers why they are wrong. They go back through your order history (shouldn't that be private?) and use it to try and make you look foolish! Omg. They even referred to one woman's weight gain!: o

Purchased 2 pairs of Hue Ultra Soft High Waist Denim Leggings
Style ******* Black - XL, Black and White. Personal problems kept me from sending back because by the time I received them I was on travel.
When home I opened them and discovered a tag that the black fades continually after washing and on anything the fabric touches. Can you imagine! As usual the black looked better on than the white as I asked to return both or at least the black because of the dye fading on to other surfaces. Absolutely no returns the agent said! I am now stuck for $94. And can't wear them.
In addition their site did not work good and it took me a week before I could originally order the pants and to finally get thru with my information.
I buy all of clothes online but I have never been so badly treated.
What a waste on my valuable time and money!$$
Never again will I purchase from HerRoom! This company does not even act like an American company that cares about creating customer trust. Beware and follow your gut feelings, I wish that I would have.
