Looking for plus size COTTON panties to replace some older bali ones that I just loved.
These are at least cotton. The elastic is a bit like having string around you. It is too narrow and not very stretchy or resilient.
Experience with her room was reasonable. No surprises with customer care.

I realize this is an industry wide complaint, but getting bra sizes right is part of your business plan. Band sizes are out of this world crazy! Several brands use the old sizing method: measure the rib cage and add 2" for the hook rows.

You Tomasina's hints is sometimes helpful, but not always. Would it be possible to get sizing info from each of the manufacturers you carry?

Great experience, love the bras, panties NOT what I expected (different from photo, which is why you only get 4 stars), but not worth the $ and hassle to return.

Her Room does not have my size bra, no matter which brand I try. The ones I finally kept are not supporting but comfortable for wearing in doors. Otherwise, they are okay to deal with.

I had to return their products since the fit wasn't right. They responded quickly and a refund was sent in a timely manner.

My first purchase of panties was disappointing in that when I received them I tried one on and discovered that they were transparent, something not indicated by the photo online. I thought that that constituted false advertising. I was not permitted to return the set of three panties because they were sold as a set.
I also find that there are too many advertisements for your company on my computer. Half as many would be fine.

I love that I can access your product line and wide selection. I am hesitant to try new styles due to the fairly hefty $ return shipping fees. So I only order my tried & true styles. I'd try more, if there was a cost effective way to do so…..

This site offers a wide variety of sizes, including large cups. Its options make searching easy. However, I have to wait a very long time before I receive my order.

I received part of my order very quickly after placing the order. At the time I placed the order, I was told part of my order would be delivered in a week or so later, which was fine. It took quite a while for the rest of my order to arrive (many weeks) and while the product was correct, the color was not (ordered beige and received pink'ish). I'm keeping the item even though it's the wrong color, it's fine, but not what I ordered, and very late, with no explanation as to why this happened.

I have lots of trouble finding a bra that fits. I had a breast reduction years ago unfortunately they didn't remove breast tissue under my arms. This bra I bought in the one bra I bought that did fit but had to return for a larger size but fits pretty good and is comfortable and I don't have to buy a molded foam cup. Because of the vertical and horizontal seams I get the lift I need. Will be doing more shopping with her room for sure.

I have ordered from HerRoom many times with no issues with shipping or the quality of my purchases. Unfortunately, this time, the product ordered on August 30,2021 did not ship until January 11,2022. The product was well made but I did not read the "tip" that shared if I was a certain body type, I should have ordered up. Therefore, I had to return.

The representative was very helpful in assisting me with coordinating my return.

Difficulty signing in due to quirky error messages -- finally gave up and came back later to place my order.

I've been looking for a bathing suit with mastectomy pockets already sown in. I thought I found one in the Leilani. I was disappointed to find that the pockets had only 1 - 1 1/2 openings. This is not large enough for insertion of prostheses.

The pictures below include the swimsuit and a mastectomy bra for comparison.

Bras were nice quality and fit well, but the lace over the cup ended up showing through my clothes too much for my liking. I'll return these and try again because I really liked them otherwise!

I got a lot of help from a consultant, but of course, my fault, I got the wrong sized bra. I cannot buy from you@ this time, bc I just had a shoulder replacement & trying on bras or even wearing them for the next month, isn't in my cards. I WILL get online with you & a consultant for the right bra when I've recuperated. Thanks so much! You have an awesome site!

I appreciate Her room for what it provides- a place to find hard-to-find garments for women. I have had several encounters with customer service and do not find them to be customer-oriented. They are definitely there to protect the company. They do not offer any type of flexibility and that is fine but it is stressful buying from them as I know they are not accommodating in the least. It's not a reason to not buy from them, but you definitely need to be aware they make no exceptions and will not flinch.

I have had several negative experiences with their customer service. Once I was sent a bathing suit, didn't even try it on and returned it, only to have it sent back to me because their "inspectors" found a mark on the crotch that somehow missed whoever tried it on before me. I couldn't get any understanding or mercy, and had to pay for that suit. Then, while ordering other suits several years later, I had ordered a couple sizes of the same suit, to see what fit, and then had to wait for one suit that was backordered after the fact. I finally got the suit and wanted to return the other one and they refused because it was 1 week past their return window. So I paid over $300 for 2 of the exact same suit, nothing they would do at all even though it was still summer, the suit was still full price on their site etc. So. it is what it is I guess. their house, their rules. I like the products they carry but there is no way I would give their customer service 5 stars lol this site is not for anyone with executive functioning difficulties.
