It is very difficult to find good, reasonably-priced nylon panties. I have an autoimmune disease which involves horrible skin lesions in the "nether parts". This underwear -----TERI brand-------makes one feel that they aren't even wearing underwear. I've tried at least 3 other brands (not from HerRoom) and for some reason the leg elastic is binding, just feels too tight. No problem there either. Covered elastic. Choice of colors. So easy to pull up pants over this soft nylon. At one point I was over 260 lbs and I was pleased to see that somebody remembered that heavy people like nice underwear, too, and like colors other than white, and are pleased to see that TERI offers sizes that show they understand we don't stop at Size 10. They have a range of sizes up to Size 14 (maybe more). So TERI gets an A-Plus in my book.
Products are great and exactly what I needed. It just took a really long time to get them. Communication was great, however, so I was well aware of what was happening. Will definitely order from HerRoom again.

My order was first acknowledged on 4/19. It took at least two weeks to receive what I had ordered. Despite my best efforts at guessing my size after consulting with customer service, nothing in my order fit. I ordered a different size for two of the items on 5/15, requesting that they be shipped right away, not waiting for HerRoom to receive the original items. The exchange was finally acknowledged on 5/25, with the message that I would receive another email when it shipped. I have not received another email since, so today I checked the website. It's 6/1 and apparently my order was backordered. It doesn't seem to me that items are being acknowledged and shipped timely.
Your sizing is amiss. You need to develop
A better system for Plus-Size full-length girdle products. The size you suggest would be appropriate is Wildly incorrect.

I received a email asking if I received a order that was bought in April. Not only did I get it but it was returned more then a month ago. Are you saying you didn't notice these items returned with other items? Or is this a way to get a review? I thought I had been refunded for this return. I will expect a prompt refund if I discover I haven't. Like many of us I have a lot going on and don't have time for this confusing method of getting a review.

Shopping the site was easy. I have a hard-to-buy for mother with dementia who has problems finding bras that fit. We have tried everything but sports bras and I found a 3 pack on HerRoom that was wonderfully affordable. Unfortunately, these bras slip up on her. THE QUALITY IS MUCH APPRECIATED! I wish they would have worked for her.
I love my bras. They are comfortable. The material is soft and feels amazing on my skin. I will definitely purchase them again.

Answer: Hello Sally - if you just want a smaller band size while keeping your same cup volume, move from a 36H(D5) to a 34I(D6). The problem, however, is that this bra does not have a larger cup size in this style. I therefore would not suggest this bra for you.
