I have a difficult to fit bra size, and not only does Her Room carry the sizes I need but they do so with beautiful styles and great colors! Additionally in this occasion I needed a fitting expert, and her advice gave me the perfect fit!

I ordered bras that were out of stock - for over a month. Herroom charged me for the bras without sending the merchandise and now I'm waiting on the bras going on 5 weeks and out the money. Not ok.

Hello Loretta - WE are sorry for the delay in part of your order. During your purchasing, we made you aware of the delay, and you checked a box accepting this fact. Your in-stock items were immediately shipped to you. The brand you are wanting is a boutique brand and they have been struggling with their production. We are doing our best to fill your order.
As for your comments about charging. When you use PayPal, they immediately charge your account. We have no control over this. And, your comment about a double charge is not accurate. You canceled 2 items and the second charge was actually a refund. We show that our Customer Service representative tried to explain this to you, but was unsuccessful. I hope this answers your question.

HerRoom's Return Policy, which is unlike any other online company, enables them to inappropriately keep your money after you've returned their products. There have been multiple complaints about this from numerous customers. HerRoom will claim that a customer returned a "damaged" product, without any explanation of what exactly was "damaged", in order to refuse the customer their refund. The customer is left without a refund, or has to file a claim with their credit card company to get their money back. The other option is to ask for HerRoom to actually ship the product back to them, which is the option I chose. While I had originally returned a product that was 100% perfect with no issues and all tags attached, the product they sent back to me had multiple snags in the material. HerRoom employees were the ones that mishandled and damaged my product! Shame on them for these disreputable business practices. I will never shop with them again.

Hello Deborah - I have reviewed your order history. You have placed 2 orders and returned both. Unfortunately, care has not been taken with some of the garments you've returned. One in particular had been clearly worn and stained. It would be impossible to return it to new and resaleable condition. This was therefore not refunded to you.

While I understand that it's out of the sellers hands if the manufacturer makes a production flaw, not once but twice, I do expect to be taken care of. The whole exchange/ return process wasn't exactly seamless, easy or convenient. There was a lot of back and forth, like a lot. I had to ask for return labels for defective products when they should have been offered. When they were begrudgingly sent it took days which resulted in more emails inquiring where they were. I had to message again when I only received a partial refund because whoever checked in my return only logged one of the items. When I inquired about why I only received partial refund I received a snarky email telling me that I had the replacement product still thus no refund. Then I had to email them, again, to tell them that I had indeed returned item. Then they back tracked and issued me a refund. Who has time for this. Not this girl. I'm all about supporting women run businesses but this was a headache.

Hello Amy - We appreciate your feedback. Our records show that we timely addressed your concern and swiftly provided you with a replacement. Inquiring daily with us was your choice. There was some misunderstanding with your panty. You actually called and canceled the second one prior to shipment. That was refunded, so you only had a charge for the one you returned. And, it too was refunded upon receipt to our warehouse after it passed inspection. I hope this addresses your concerns.

Return policy stinks

I recently rec'd an order with 3 bras, 2 I returned, 1 I kept because it fit well. I hand washed and hang dried the bra, wore it for the 1st time yesterday (sat at a computer, nothing strenuous) and by the end of the day, the underwire was poking through. They won't allow me to send back no charge, aggravating since I just paid to return other items. They can't promise I'd get any money back if sent, once it's inspected for damages, but it was sent damaged. So basically I just paid for a one-time use bra. This was my last order from HerRoom. Their return policy regarding issues like this stinks.

You later called wanting a full refund for the third kept sale bra claiming it had a defect, but you also wanted to keep the item. Additionally, we never received the requested photography to understand your claimed defect. Per our return policy, we do not accept returns that have been washed and worn. We are sorry you do not find our policy fair.

It is very hard because I never received my parcel. So it has been a month and a half. I've had to contact them several times. I really wanted the product that I ordered so after a month and a half they have gave me my money back after I complained again. I have just re-ordered it only because they had the product I wanted. I really hope I receive it this time. It's very disappointing to not receive my package. I was just going on holidays and nobody really cared about it. It was unbelievable that it took them over a month and a half. I thought they would resend it. Have no idea where the parcel is they had told me it was at the post office went there three times nobody knew anything about my parcel. It was really a pain. I really hope this will help them to try to help people a lot sooner not my fault and the only reason I really ordered was because I really wanted the product. They have a great website and a lot of beautiful things. I hope I have no problem this time so I can continue to SHOP there. And I don't like complaining that's not the kind of person I am this was just unbelievable..

Customer service is robotic, as in spewing a repetition of policy without being helpful to the customer in the slightest. The charge for shipping to receive merchandise is exacerbated by the charge for shipping to return merchandise. The customer loses, or the customer loses.

I will not be ordering anything from this company again. I ordered 2 camisoles and am losing the full price for one of them. The reason is because it had a "perfume smell." I tried it on when I got out of the shower, thus the smell. I could get it back if I payed an additional $10. I have not had this type of problem with any other mail order customer service before. Done with HerRoom.

Purchased two items from HerRoom. The first I liked and decided to try another bra in which I did not like. The second purchase which I paid approximately $60.00 for is where I have a problem. I received an email response back stating they would not give me a refund for my purchase; however, I could donate it to charity (in which I did). Please keep in my that I did not wear the item and the tags were still on the merchandise I returned.

Such a terrible expereice when I wanted to purchase additional items (NOT).
**If you order something, make sure it fits as more than likely you will not receive a refund.
