Finally found a bra that is comfortable and uplifting. As a 79 year old woman, I wanted a more youthful appearance of my breast area.
Found more to choose in terms of style, color and size. Would Love to see sales that price is the same for all colors instead selected colors.
Lately sizes and colors are sold out, styles are gone that I am looking for, and the returns aren't free. These are a result of supply chain and increased shipping costs I understand but make me need to look elsewhere, which is more time and energy hunting for something that fits. The fit guides also didn't help that much because manufacturers don't make sizes or colors or follow standard sizing. (Again not entirely the fault of herroom).

I get all my bras and undies from HerRoom. They have a large selection of high quality options, the website is easy to use, returns are straight forward. I still use freebies they've thrown in over the years like a little lingerie laundry bag and a pair of yoga socks. I've been ordering from HerRoom for years, and my most recent order was as good as all the rest. Thanks for being great, HerRoom.
I opened the bag it came in, tried it on and it did not fit. I did not wear it. The tags were still on. I contacted her room to initiate a return. They informed me that I had to pay for return shipping. So I did and I sent it back. Then I was told that since the bag was open, they were not acceymu return and had to pay $10 to ship it back. In total, I had to pay to ship it 3 times at about $30 plus the cost of a $65 bra that didn't fit. Horrible customer service and horrible return policy. I won't do business with this company again.

As we explained there was heavy residue around the underarms which prevented us from putting your returned garment back into inventory. Yes, should you wish to have the rejected item returned to you there is much handling involved, and our terms clearly state there is a $10 fee to do so. I hope this answers your question.

I ordered a bra, tried it on and returned it the same day. The bra was sent in the same condition I had received it in. When I finally got an email back, almost a week after they had received it, they told me they would not accept the return and that I could pay $10 to have it sent back to me or I could donate it. When inquiring as to why they could not accept the return, all they would tell me is that it was not in the condition they sent it in and that was all. When probed they continued to say that it was not in the same condition. I am now out $82.40 that I will never see back and I am still without a bra.

There was a workmanship defect in one pair of panties which wasn't discovered until the garment had been worn and washed. Her Room declined to even try to correct the problem, simply stating that it could not be returned if worn and washed. I was not looking to return the garment. I wanted a defective product to be replaced.
