I ordered some panties and pantyhose for my wife. At the time of the order it said 3 of the 4 items ordered were backordered and expected within a week or two. Fast forward 3+ WEEKS I get a notice saying an unexpected delay. After almost 6 weeks I recieved the order after telling them not to ship the item that was delaying the whole order ( the pantyhose). I ordered the pantyhose directly through Hanes and had them in less than a week. Returned the panties due to sizing 24 days ago, still no credit yet.

On Dec 17,2023 I ordered 2 bras, the Kiera Banded Underwire Bra by Goddess from this company. Instead of a comfirmation email, I got one about needing more info, the name on the credit card was my grandma's name and they needed to know why I guess. So I gave them the info they requested. I never heard from them again for a while, so I got online and chatted with someone. The first lady told me they were on back order but would be back in stock on the Jan 1 or 2. Then I got an email on the Jan 8 telling me they were back in stock but there were shipping delays. I waiting a few days and didn't hear anything, so I went online again only for that lady to tell me the 16th. The 16th came and went so I got online again to be told they wouldn't be in stock again until Jan 22. So I decided to write the company the bras are coming from. They informed me that my color choice was being discontinued. To inform Herroom and ask if I can change the color. Maybe that will solve the problem. Now when I go to the website the live chat is gone completely and the contact us option doesn't go through, it pops up an error message saying they suspect suspicious activity from my account. So I tried emailing customer service again and have only gotten an automated response. So my next email was to cancel the order. I used to order from this website a lot for me and my daughter. I've never had this bad of service before. These bras were a reward and a Christmas gift from my grandmother for busting my $#*! all year to lose over 170 lbs. Your company just made all of that feel meaningless. To top things off, according to the BBB this business is no longer in business. There's tons of bad reviews there too! So if anyone can tell me where to find decently priced very large size bras, I'd really appreciate it!
I have never been unhappy with this company. They deliver exactly what I order. My only complaint is that most of what they carry is for younger people.

These are at least cotton. The elastic is a bit like having string around you. It is too narrow and not very stretchy or resilient.

After shopping here for many years we have always been happy with the service and products!
Love the product, but very disappointed in the customer service. I never received the original tracking number and I had to call two or three times to try to locate were my package was. Apparently no one can answer questions on the weekend about the package so that's why I had to continually call. When I finally was able to "chat" through your system, customer service person was adamant that it was sent it, which it may have been, however I did not have it and all I needed was for to be resent.
And when the package got to Ga, I was no longer able to track it. I finally received it by US postal system so it took a lot longer than I expected to get the package.
