Bras took too long for delivery. I spoke to customer service rep and said she couldn't help me with that info and I had to contact another rep. Didn't know what that meant so I did nothing. It took about 2 - 2 1/2 months to receive bras.

The transaction proceeded smoothly online.I received the bras I ordered, on the date which I expected.
Was sent the wrong size, mislabled, one band-size too small bra. Had just ordered the identical style from the manufacturer so knew the exact sizing. Despite providing photos to Herroom, showing the clear difference, Herroom said the darker color they sold me just LOOKED smaller because of the dark color. What a scam.
It is now over a month since my order was placed. I am still getting the following message

I have specific needs in bras that make bra shopping difficult but Herroom has the selection I need. I've found a variety of colors as well. When I've had to make the occasional return it has been easy to do. I recommend this site to family and friends regularly.
I ordered 2 bras. I got the first one in a timely manner-the 2nd was on back order. The first was too small and I sent it back almost immediately! It took quite some time and a couple phone calls to get my refund. I have gotten the 2nd and it's ok, not my favorite bra but fits. I was disappointed about the refund time and lack of notification on the refund.
I placed my order Friday, February 23; it took till Friday, March 8 for the shipment to occur and there was no communication in between. The shipment finally arrived Friday, March 15. Three weeks from placing the order till receiving the order!
I didn't receive notice about the expected delivery of the one backordered item till Friday, March 15. I finally received the backordered item Tuesday, April 2.
One item in the first shipment had to be returned, which I did on Monday, March 18 after receiving the Return #. But I did not receive credit for the return until I phoned *******955 on Wednesday, April 24.
Her Room used to be much more responsive and timely!

Item looked exactly like pictures and was great quality. Perfect match for swim set I purchased for vacation and top didn't fit right, but I loved the bottoms. Took a chance and it worked out perfectly!
There are so many things wrong with this place. Their website is very old-fashioned and not user friendly at all, and their customer service, at least by email, was horrible in my experience (took 3 days to respond only to give me another customer's info, when they had the correct order #, how does that happen?). Chat is great … when available, which is not that often regardless of the hours they post. I bought an item that ended in back order and they never informed me, until I finally contacted them after not receiving a shipment notice for several days. It was my first time -and definitely my last- shopping here! Big mistake. Avoid it! It's been a horrible shopping experience, very time-consuming and frustrating.
