The wide range of information about each bra, the fitter's comments, and seeing other peoples' reviews of a product make shopping for a bra much easier. Returns are relatively inexpensive so I don't worry as much about ordering things that may not fit. I've tried other places and always prefer Herroom.

Hanky Panky then informed us they are having problems sourcing their unique stretch lace. We immediately informed you that your expected date had been moved and were given a new one. The items I ordered took way too long to arrive. Order placed Feb. 27 and delivered July 7. A single item was delivered right away but did not fit.
Hello Betsy - Our records show a different story. You placed an order in February and your in-stock items were shipped immediately. You were also informed prior to check out that your Fruit of the Loom bras were on a very long back-order. Your chose to order them and we frequently gave you updates on them with the option to cancel. You chose to wait. After receipt, you then asked to return items you received back in February. It was these items that were well past our 30 day return policy. I hope this answers your question.

Given that we sell intimate apparel, it's important that our inventory remains pristine. We therefore do have a very thoughtful inspection process to insure returns meet this standard.
