I was happy with the delivery time, one of the bras was totally mis-marked for size but the cost to return it didn't justify doing that. Two others were fine and quality was acceptable.

I looked you guys up because I bought my first bra of yours at Lord & Taylor before they closed & love it (truthfully, my boyfriend loves it ;) ). I then bought 3 bras off your site & I'm sold. I'm a forever customer! Your bras are the best!
Online navigation was quite easy. The items I purchased fit perfectly, extremely pleased.
I order the same brand and the bras are not sized the same and I am unable to return the item already exchanged. Same bra 3 size difference.
While the Herroom shopping and ordering experience was easy and great as usual, the underwear received was not as great. I ordered what I believe to be the same Hanes underwear did a few years ago, but the quality does not seem to be the same. The fabric is thinner and the size not as big. Not a reflection on Herroom but in Hanes.
With changes in my world was not completely sure of my size. Ordered one size did not work easy enough to return and buy another size. I love love my new bras and thanks herroom for making this a bit easier :)
So excited to see that your site indicated you carried bra's in my size, however when i received the ordered bra's they were not right.
I ordered B and C cups, the bras were stamped by manufacturer with that size however the cups were more like a D cup definitely not a B/C.

It took a very long time to receive my order. The bras fit but I end up with a "uniboob" that I find unappealing. The bras are fine for around the house but not what I was looking for. They are probably great for women with smaller breasts but nit great for size C and up.

I never received by items. This is the second review Ive given with this information. FedEx marked my package undeliverable as address and held the package at their office for days. I informed FedEx about the problem, and they said they were going to send the package back out about 6 times, assuring me the package was indeed addressed properly. They never did. The package was supposed to be returned to your company and I am expecting a refund for the items I never received. I have spoken with Lanisha in your customer service department on several occasions and she was of absolutely no assistance... those conversations were a complete waste of my time.

Until I wore the bra, I didn't realize how badly it bit into my chest at the bottom of the bra. At this point, they wouldn't accept a return. Unfortunately, it was a lot of money to wasted on a unwearable bra.
Quick refund for returned items! Due to body changes, I ordered a range of sizes and styles, and this was not cheap. But because I've ordered from HerRoom before, I knew their policies allowed for a full and quick refund after returning the ones that didn't fit right. This company allows for me to get a well-fitting bra without feeling self-conscious or concerned about getting my money back.

Answer: Hello Sally - if you just want a smaller band size while keeping your same cup volume, move from a 36H(D5) to a 34I(D6). The problem, however, is that this bra does not have a larger cup size in this style. I therefore would not suggest this bra for you.
