I bought a black bra with a design that required pulling it over my head with great difficulty. The act of trying it on a few times, having to remove it to adjust the straps, left skin cells inadvertently attached to the bra. I was not happy with this tight fit, and tried to return the bra.
They refused the return because of this discoloration which was unavoidable.
I sent a note about this explaining what happened. And the only reply I got was an auto reply reiterating their return policy. They wouldn't even discuss the issue.
This company has a strict return policy. My return was outside of their policy. I respect that.
For me the problem was that they couldn't even take the time to discuss what and why it happened.
If they could have only answered my issue personally it wouldn't have felt like such an unfair snub.
A little bit of conversation would've gone a long way.

I returned two of the items, received an email they received my return and will process in 5-7 business days. But I have yet to have a refund or get further communication from them. It has been almost two months since they received my returned items.
For the sport bra I purchased, the shoulder straps were not long enough to cross.
