Our organization has saved thousands of dollars by using your platform and it keeps our business running every single day. Yes, there are quirks that are annoying but overall there is nothing comparable on the market that allows us to run our entire business from one single system and nonetheless for free. We think that the credit card processing rates are fair, but we also think that they should decrease as the volume of transactions are processed due to the fact that you may lose many users in the future if you dont consider adapting now in valuing their loyalty as the bread and butter of your business model is from credit card transactions that are processed. Please check #******* and #******* for bugs that we would recommend fixing in your next update as its been something thats annoying and has caused disruptions in our business. We hope to see more apps released in the near future!

Our internet marketing campaign has been over-performing since Herolocity has taken over. They created a spectacular website which is conversion optimized and which builds proper value and differentiation in our saturated Chinese market. All of our marketing channels are performing well and we have not one wrong thing to say. Social media is customized to our clientele, search engine numbers are rising and articles are written about us praising our business on high end sites. I worked with this company for seven years and I had an exceptional experience but they were bought out by another company and I had to make the move elsewhere because I only trusted them. *, the former CEO of the company and their staff made the transition exceptional for our business and ensured that we were in good hands. I'm not quite sure about the negative reviews because I can't relate but something doesn't sound too right knowing how long I've worked day in and day out with this company. Thanks for creating such a nice business system that has all of the apps that we need to run our storefront. We are fascinated with the fact that it is all free, well not everything is free you do take a small percentage out of our credit card transactions but it is comparable to what a merchant account elsewhere would charge. Im not sure if this is the right place to report this, but the online booking system had a glitch when a booking is confirmed that is sets it back to pending so I would appreciate if you could sort that out as soon as you can as we have to manually set it to confirmed. Other than that please keep up the good work with the apps and we hope that new ones are released soon.

We hired Herolocity to ensure that we appear in search engines for several local cities. It did take some time to make that happen, but we are really happy that it did because the payoff is great as we no longer have to resort to really expensive local advertising through ads, newspapers and many other outdated things which we were really forced to do because we had no other choice.

We hired herolocity to do marketing for our coaching programs and we have been satisfied customers. They helped us create our programs and a lot of the different factors that go into selling the program to our clients. After we created the programs the marketing was built around it. We are happy we chose them because it was an all in one shot rather than having to hire seven different people to do one thing and it saved us a lot of time and money. Good company and we are looking forward to the results.

Do Not Hire! This company signed a contract with both of my companies. They said they would offer a full refund if their job wasn't done. The only thing they ever did was post useless info to try and get a following on Instagram for us and they would follow anyone and everyone trying to get a follow back even if the people aren't true potential customers. Also, they built a website halfway and then took my working website down and put it up without a shopping cart or way to pay and then shut down my business for a week and if I didn't have my own IT people fix it they would have left it down longer. They are garbage and they make empty promises. They never met a single deadline or promise or delivered any amount of quality at all during our time with them. And now that we want our refund they won't respond or reply at all and because they are based out of the country I think they will be more difficult to take legal action against.

I should have read these reviews before I signed up with Herolocity. The negative ones say it all. They're a bunch of crooks. They promise the world and then under-deliver. I waited 3 weeks past the deadline for my website as they promised day after day that it would be released "within 24 hours". * was responsible for my campaign and I scheduled dozens of meetings, none of which he ever showed up to. I thought maybe it was just a communication problem that they could sort out, but it became clear that the entire organization was like this when they missed a meeting and then demanded I wait for them to finish what they're doing before they get back to me. I finally abandoned ship once it became clear what they were up to. They were going to make promises and then, once again, fail to deliver. I heard from my contact in the company that several people had been quitting, so apparently they were having trouble keeping employees because it's just a crappy place, and it shows in everything they do. Don't let them talk you into it. Don't walk, RUN away from Herolocity!

Herolocity is one the reasons that our doors are still open in our shop in Farmington. We struggled as a small business to start our business, be able to pay our bills and have customers walking in because of the big box stores that we're always having a constant price battle with.

Until we started with Herolocity, we never really understood that we did not have to battle on price every single day. They really helped us understand that battling on price was not the approach to take. Before we started marketing, they helped us build value and helped us understand why customers were buying our products in the first place, which we always thought was because of lower prices.

The marketing did take time to take effect, nearly five months, even though they estimated three. But then again, we were new and we did not do any type of marketing other than local ads in the newspaper and things of that sort.

We look forward to staying loyal to Herolocity and we would like to thank everyone at the company for supporting our small business and keeping our dreams alive.

I have been with this company for over 3 years now. The company has lost my domain name and i had to wait to purchase it back for $650.00 just so i don't let my business end up in a grave. Since that day which has been a little over a year now i have to call each month and complain... most of the time my website is down and they don't have a clue unless you call them and tell them you have an issue. They turn you down on every phone call. They tell you to forward your issues via EMAIL. And never come back with good out come. It has not been the same as the first year when i started. * who i know personally as a friend and a friend through a family has vanished from planet earth. I have called the office more the 20 times and asked for * to return my call. Instead he blocked me on all social networks so i cant find him to talk to him but till this day he keeps taking my money and driving my business into the ground. I will find a resolution soon how ever * i hope i don't see you at the church again i will embarrass the crap out of you

Our company hired Herolocity to create and host our website, everything went ok so far until we received a letter from an attorney stating that we were incurring on
Copyright Infringement by using an image that belongs to Masterfile in our website.
Since we didn't chose or provided this image we reported this issue to Herolocity whom immediately removed the image out of our site.
The attorney continued claiming compensation for the time this image was used in our site, therefore we informed Herolocity and forwarded the attorney's letters telling us that they were taking legal actions. Herolocity stated that they were not liable because their name was not in anywhere in the letters, taking not responsibility whatsoever and letting us deal alone with this sue that Herolocity created and they are mainly accountable for using this image deliberately and placing it in our website.
I don't recommend to use this company!
