Our organization has saved thousands of dollars by using your platform and it keeps our business running every single day. Yes, there are quirks that are annoying but overall there is nothing comparable on the market that allows us to run our entire business from one single system and nonetheless for free. We think that the credit card processing rates are fair, but we also think that they should decrease as the volume of transactions are processed due to the fact that you may lose many users in the future if you dont consider adapting now in valuing their loyalty as the bread and butter of your business model is from credit card transactions that are processed.
