I had the most horrendous experience with this company. I used them for several months and they literally did not use any of the advertising credits that I paid for. When cancelling, they hijacked my website. I had to have a new company take over and take care of all of my marketing that they failed to do from the very start. I spent well over $5,000 with this company and I have received nothing in return. Zero, zip natta. They control all of their reviews and they are fake. You need to google "madwire reviews" in order to find the real hidden reviews under their alias.

Salesforce has tons of features and the data that you get is amazing, but it's just too expensive for the typical small business owner period. There are many other alternatives for smaller business owners.

The autoresponders are highly customizable. I've been using this platform for years and would recommend it.

Love the bundle of analytics and it's well worth the price because you get live chat and other features that aren't traditionally included. Provides deep insights and helps improve conversions.

MailChimp is great! We use the free plan and it's been more than enough for us. No support, but we might upgrade to get that option.

Their email marketing platform is good, but it's pretty pricey when sending bulk emails. I think that they can improve in this aspect significantly.

We have used Shopify for a long time and we have had a great experience with their platform because there is so much room for expandabilty!

Love the platform, great support and the team that manages our marketing does a good job. We can see that communication can improve because sometimes we need an immediate response. Other than that we have no other complaints because we have seen more and more walk in customers because of our initiatives.
