I like the products this company sells; it helps with my business. The only thing I would prefer is lower shipping prices and when a product is discontinued, for it to be removed from the listing of herbs available so one doesn't waste time.

As always. My go-to herb supplier. Fast shipping. Would like to see free shipping offered on a little less than $200. Large Flat rate Priority Mail shipping is less than $20 on up to 75Lbs. UPS & FedEx are way too high. Just sayin...

The variety and quality of herbs, spices and teas is a go to for me each time the need arises. This is my source for Roasted Chicory Root to cut coffee to a lower caffeine intake without loosing too much taste. I only with the shipping was a little more reasonable.

The herbs are great your website has constant redirects to sign in. Once signed in then going to check out wants you to sign in again. Then all the things already in my cart were gone so I added them again and go to check out and there's 2 of everything then. The website needs some work.

I've order from Monterey Herb company for a couple of years now and the service is always great! The products are excellent, and I go nowhere else to buy my herbs. My only compliant is the shipping cost. Its a bit high.
