I have been ordering herbs from herbco for many years, my first order was 1/4/2009 under my maiden name. I never had a problem with any order, and the herbs are always fresh. I use multiple herbs in my daily health cocktail shake, incorporate them into my cooking, and also use them for my dogs.

I love this company because they do what you would expect a good company to do. They have great herb products. They don't waste time shipping your purchases to you, and they have great prices as well. What more can you ask? I love this company!

I order a variety of herbs annually for horse's allergies, a sufficient supply to last April to November. Monterey Bay Herbs (also DBA as Ameritech Herbs) make it easy to order and provide a qualityy product.

I like the products this company sells; it helps with my business. The only thing I would prefer is lower shipping prices and when a product is discontinued, for it to be removed from the listing of herbs available so one doesn't waste time.

I have ordered herbs here for years. It was always $8.50 for shipping. Now it is gone totally. Last time I ordered it said it would be on my order but nothing i did got it there. As traditional methods of medicine become increasingly out of reach for every day people herbal medicine will be rising ing usage. Get ready and please be of the healer class of businesses and keep costs to a minimum as much as possible. Let big Pharma be the greedy unaffordable entities they have become.

Love your selection and quick turn around. One problem is that we use asafoetida in some of our banishing kits, but it is so very hard to find. Would you consider carrying this in the future?

I'm exploring Czech and Hungarian cuisine, which frequently call for parsley root. Parsley root has a unique, mellow sweetish flavor that in the US is frequently replaced by parsnip as a substitute. That's like substituting lemons for oranges, they are similar but noticeably different.

Been purchasing from Herbco for years now. For the most part the whole spices and herbs have been good however inconsistent. In the past I've been refunds for any poor quality spices/herbs however customer service is hard to get a hold of. Last time, no follow up from the team after a complaint.

I love that they are here in the United States and I don't have to deal with international shipping! I love the are a small family home business. I love that. Their prices are also extremely competitive! They are always professional, courteous and friendly whether on the phone or over email! I love that they are efficient and have top quality products! This is my 10th or so order. After ordering from most herbal shops online this site has so many choices for herbs and supplements, the fact that you can choose from the powdered form, wild crafted and organic is great for me. The choice to also be able to chose between a pound or smaller is great because sometimes you just need what you need. Lastly if they are out of a supplement or herb, they email you when its back in stock.

Yes and then called and because I did not see a code was not given the discount. I placed the order anyway because I thought it would be fixed when I called.

Accidentally made two nonorganic purchases because of the format. I should have been more careful. Herbs are obviously not stored carefully as most had a strong "seasoning" smell. Most did not smell at all as they should. Shipping was quick.
