I like how much information is given to each product page. The website is easy to navigate and a great option for my crafting needs. I'd rather spend a little more than give money to Amazon. If arrived swiftly, packaged well, quality products.
I've used other spice and tea/ herb exchanges, and this is by far the fastest, and really good product! I was expecting receipt of product about 3 weeks after my order, and was thrilled when it arrived 4 DAYS later! Kudos
Everything fine, seems extreme to charge the same amount for shipping as for my order. I'm trying to get away from Amazon. Hope for the shipping price it comes fairly soon, didn't tell me when, that I saw.
HerbCo makes those lil jars of spices and tea bags look like highway robbery. Even with shipping you are saving a bundle. I devour peppermint tea and oregano. Just one caveat. They mail me 15% postcards with promo codes that wont work! You can only use the 15% off once in a lifetime. Yet, I am not really offended.
I was very happy with the whole experience with Monterey Bay Herb Co. They were easy to order from, shipped fast, they sell bulk, carry wild crafted and organic herbs and the quality is great! I will definitely order again.
