I had used this site for a few a couple of years with no major problems. Then started having problems getting products. On my last order, money was taken from my account for a back ordered item. Product was never delivered. Money never refunded.
This site (as people have stated above) is totally a fraudulent site! They will con you, tell you that your items are back ordered, lie to you that you will be refunded, and then steal your money from you and never send you products or refund you. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! THIS IS A FRAUDULENT SITE NOT TO BE TRUSTED! THEY ARE THIEVES!
To the herbalremedies rep who keeps insisting that we all have the wrong company. I have reported you. We most certainly do have the right company! These reviews were most likely from experiences a few years ago - mine was. Sounds like herbalremedies.com HAD to stop taking orders bc of the vast number of complaints! You've been exposed and had to shut your business down!

I Dr Moosa the herbalist in Africa need to recommend and review how herbal treatments are being practiced especially africa. Africa has got powerful herbal remedies than others on planet.
I think this site is fake, Placed an order and have yet to receive merchandise and my account was withdrawn for $25.03, which i am going through the bank to get my refund.

No way to reach a person - no confirmation e-mail or tracking numbers - submit a complaint by e-mail - no response - can't even fax them as the fax is always busy
