Okay, first be careful of sizing, I read the size chart and ordered a Large, which was WAY too big. Second, returns SUCK! They make you pay $10 and then they only give you a credit! But the worst part is that my credit is in my account, but every time I go to order, it won't let me apply for the credit! It says in the return email that I will have the option to choose to use my credit when I check out but NOPE! I have been calling and emailing for 4 days now with no response :( I was hoping to have this dress for my event but looks like that is not going to happen and they have $100 of mine now! Find another website that doesn't make returns so difficult!
Can NOT get anyone on the phone. Customer service will not return emails. I live in the country and when a NORMAL, valid online company ships, they warn you when they will not ship to a PO Box. It is not on their website in their shipping section. They finally sent me a message not related to my origional one I sent, when it could have been fixed, and said maybe it went to spam! NOPE, I check spam daily. They then said it was under the section "when will my package arrive" about not shipping to PO Boxes. Every other company checks this before the package even ships out! Charged me shipping and another 10 fee! And canceled the order
I ordered a bikini and when it arrived the top was too small. I'l will say the color and material were good, but when I went to start the exchange process I realized they only have a return policy. To "exchange" my too small top I would have to fully return it, pay $9.50 for shipping, and then order the new one and pay for that shipping as well. To sum it up, don't order from them unless you know your exact size or are willing to pay for shipping 3xs over (originally, to return, and to reorder). I would almost be buying the top all over again just in shipping costs. Also, if you do refund with them you don't get your money back- just a store credit. Not cool if you ask me
I have purchased 2 dresses from this website so far. I purchased one first because of the terrible return policy of store credit only and because the dresses are quite expensive. The first dress provided no support and was quite long for me (I am 5'2), so I ended up returning it (not a fault of the company). I then waited for my store credit and purchased the second dress. For close to $100, the quality was NOT it: the fabric was more sheer than SHEIN quality and the cups were not wired and the padding was cheap. No matter how i adjusted this area, it was not it. Anyways, I returned that and am now awaiting my store credit again. My 1-star review is mainly due to the store credit policy. Also, having to pay for shipping both ways just to get store credit is mad. I did share my reviews on both dresses -one much nicer than the other, but neither were published to the website! Odd...
Returning only for store credit is a red flag. It is very annoying. I have bought a few dresses from here, they were not up to the standards I would have hoped. Got a floral short dress that was 'double lined" like saying 2 ply toilet paper is "thick". Got a white dress (yes two layers but it doesnt count) that was see-through so I had to buy a slip to wear under it. Pricing is fine-ish. Most of their dresses are 75-120 and they are basic designs with above mentioned quality. They have some nice looking dresses for 200-350 but I dont trust the returns or quality enough to order from them.
I also knew I was going to return it without trying it on. I bought a white dress that looked so good on the model and was absolutely not like the photos. The straps of the dress were like the poorest quality of shoelaces. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Everything I've ordered from Hello Molly has been fantastic quality, always double lined and thick fabric, and arrives timely. Yes, the returns cost $10 which is annoying, and only store credit but return policies need to be read before you purchase. All these bad reviews are just mad that they didn't read beforehand. The products are still good quality.

The clothes you get look similar but there is no way they are the same dresses.
What they send you is poor quality and the prices are seriously outrageous.
They should be charging maximum $60 for their dresses.
I can only imagine the quality will go down over time and they have raised their prices in the last month to crazy amounts - over $100 for a crappy dress from forever 21.
The colors they use are good but the actual craftsmanship is a 0
I've been dealing with the customer service team for a couple of days now with my initial issue not being listened to until having to explain several times, which is disappointing. Sizing at Hello Molly runs extremely small and I've had several credit notes. I ordered a skirt and the quality was INCREDIBLY see through and quality overall on products, is quite poor. I've requested for a REFUND to my card as that is an entitlement to customers. Offering ONLY credit notes is actually illegal for a company to do. Haven't got a reply since. Will be taking this matter further.
I received faulty items and returned other items 6 weeks ago and have still not been refunded. Even after emailing I finally got a response to say they received one item and there was confusion around the return and asked what else was sent back, even though all items were sent together and returns slip filled out detailing each item and order number.
Also do not know why I wasn't contacted to clarify this when they received the return as they still didn't refund me the one item. Still waiting for a reply and it's been several days. Not able to get through to them on the phone either it just puts you on hold with a repeat message then disconnects. Appalling service. Do not buy from them. Untrustworthy. I am now out of pocket several hundred dollars.
I have a pretty standard body shape and size. I ordered a bunch of dresses. NONE of them fit right. They don't make their return policy clear. It says returns accepted within 30 days. Then further down it explains that you only receive store credit. When I went to use my store credit I still had to pay the tax on the items. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Store credit only for returns is literally unheard of nowadays. And $10 for return label.
I bought $1000 worth of stuff, still had to pay for the return of 2 dresses and pay for return. Lol
Would not recommend b/c of this reason and quality is subpar.
I ordered a dress from here that shipped out fairly quickly, but when it arrived and I tried it on it fit super weirdly so I sent it back hoping to get a refund. First, I had to spend an extra $10 for shipping to send it back, and then when it got processed 3-4 weeks later, all I got back was store credit! I got the dress, but it feels like a scam the way that returns are handled, and I'm definitely not shopping here again. The cheap clothes aren't worth the price or aggravation.
This is now my fourth day without a reply to my return question. Shipping is paid for by the buyer BOTH WAYS and costs $10. So, the dress didn't fit and now I am out $20 just for shipping. Plus, NO REFUNDS. Even if you don't want store credit, that is all you get. I refuse to buy from them ever again. Beware!
I returned a dress that was too small and paid for the return shipping. They never gave me a store credit or refunded my money. So I was stuck paying for the dress that I returned. I will never order again from this site.
They only give store credit for returns, very frustrating. And then when I try to use my credit no one can seem to find it. So annoying.
Purchasing from Hello Molly in the US is an absolute nightmare and I couldn't be more disappointed in my experience. As a pregnant woman, finding clothes that fit can be extremely challenging. Having a store-credit-only return policy in 2022 is unacceptable and causes your business to look like customer service is the lowest priority. It makes sense to order several sizes from US vendors to determine what fits. Two items were terrible quality with zippers that were non-functional, and now I'm stuck in this ecosystem. Hello Molly needs to make their return policy more prominent as to not mislead consumers.
The fabric was horribly cheap, cuts were poor quality and I knew I was returning before I even tried items on. To my disappointment no refunds. I'm stuck with their terrible quality cheap fast fashion trash.
Beware, Hello Molly issues credits for returns. Then they expire, although their site does not state this. Out my money,, with no merchandise! HORRIBLY CUSTOMER SERVICE!
