I have used Hello Fresh on and off for 9 months. Initially, it all went really well. Yummy diners, lovely ingredients, easy to make. Then, on 30th Dec, I was expecting a box with several diners to arrive between 5pm and 6pm. At 5.35 I got an email to say that my box had been mis-sorted! They stated that the cost of the box would be forwarded to my next order. So, no diner! Just as well that I didn't have friends arriving for dinner! But, needed speedy trip to supermarket. Very unimpressed with Hello Fresh! Can't be relied on. And, they still have my money!
