I ordered some shampoo from this company in June, and three months later, no product, no notifications, no response after I attempted to call or write to check status, the toll-free phone no. Was disconnected. They didn't take my money yet since I paid by Paypal, thank goodness. Do they actually exist? It worries me.
Did not have a good experience when returning item, sent it back and never heard from them; but here is the good part I want to share. I called up my credit card, Capitol One and they removed the charge, now the omen was on the company to dispute it, which they never did. Further more they stated if a company has too many marks like that against them they loose their privilege of being able to accept credit cards. I hope this helps everyone no matter who the company is involved
After six visits to their Croydon office I was still not given a copy of the invoice.
No records kept, We were charged double the agreed amount. Then throb off to a credit company who also charge us on top because we did not respond to emails they claimed they sent.
We went to Hello Gorgeous for a family photo session. We had a great time in relaxing atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and professional. Me and my daughter were very happy about our hair and make up. The photographer took loads of nice photos. It was a great day out for us. We highly recommend this place if you look for that kind of experience.
