I have been seeing Dr. Mindy Mcguire now for nearly two years. I couldn't have chosen a better caring sweet helpful compassionate person if I tried. I would recommend her highly. She has been there for me with her compassion and understanding of the situation I was in. And to this day I still see Dr Mcguire..
I tried to access the site from a vetinary medicene connection.
They refused to allow it.
Other reviewers state that they only allow favourable reviews, and reject others!
A patient asked me out on multiple dates and I declined. FYI I'm happily married and wear a wedding ring. She then found my email address and continued to ask me out on dates. I ignored these emails. She later threatened to post a negative review about me online. I saw that she has posted a horrible review on HealthGrades. How can I tell? Because of the details that she included in her review-- I think that she wanted me to know that it was her punishing me.
I explained the circumstances and requested that HealthGrades remove this review. They refused.
I wrote a review about a Dr., who examined me for a total of four minutes. Obviously it was not a good review. I tried to submit a review of this Dr. on Health Grades, and they wouldn't print it. I used no foul language, I wrote nothing other than the facts.
Will be contacting my lawyer on possible actions. They misinform and skew results... I have had several people research how postings are made, etc. I will continue to call Mike and Cindi Rife until I have received my result.
They have me listed as BELOW AVERAGE but I'm not even a doctor yet! They are hurting my reputation before I even enter the field! I have a practicum at a community services agency which always has complaints about response time & other things that have nothing to do with me, yet they are still post this. I'm worried that it's a misrepresentation of my credentials and will impact my getting a post doc since it's the first thing that comes up when you google my name.
This sight is awesome for looking up Medical Professionals! They do a thorough background check on each person. If you look under experience it will show you if the person in question has been sactioned, on probation or is no longer in good standing. Anyone can wirte reveiws for whomever good or bad, but this sight goes the extra mile informing you where the individual in question stands overall in the medical community.
I'm very satisfied I chose Dr. Myron Tanenbaum, M. D. for my Plastic Surgery. He is a true professional and caring doctor. In the month of July 2016 he performed a Lid Blepharoplasty, surgery for which I'm very satisfied with the results.
I highly recommend Dr. Tanembaum for the eyelid surgery.
Thank you.
The absolute best doctor to go to for gyno is DR. KESSLER! He delivered my daughter and made me feel very at ease and comfortable. He also placed my mirena for me. I was extremely nervous and as the procedure was being done he did everything possible to make me feel comfortable and safe. He is An amazing doctor!
Medical practice that had multiple bad reviews had their reviews eliminated after doing paid advertizing with Healthgrades. This same practice was shut down by the FBI twice. These are money making review sites scamming the American public to believe they are doing you a service. Remember most people make up bogus complaints when they are made to pay their bills. These are copays and deductible levied by their insurance company to stop them from going to the doctor. The insurance companies force doctors to collect these monies which is a tremendous burden on the medical practice. Loss of revenue can reach 15 to 20% for some medical practices due to patients failure to pay. If your Insurance company had to collect the copays and deductibles they levy on their client do you think they would cancel your Insurance?
Healthgrades is a company who not only advertises incorrect information about me, they continue to advise the public about individuals without my permission. Healthgrades puts out information without any permsission from them. IMHO, Healthgrades may be invovled in some scrupulous plan to misinform the public and maybe connected to organizations that can harm the American people. BEWARE of this company.
Awesome to find a website that tells the truth about Drs one way or the other. You absolutely can NOT get more accuracy than from patient reviews. Point blank.
Healthgrades had my specialty, education, practice information and advertisements all wrong. The website generates significant income based on reporting without any accountability or correction for false or misleading information. The google links ensure that it is the first listing under your professional name, over current practice and publications. The website also searches and provides information generally only obtainable and used for specific inquiry from a medical board but not intended or listed for mass unsolicited distribution without a chance for response. I believe Healthgrades is dangerous and lacks accountability or even permission to advertise physician credentials. I had to update my own certification which was not listed giving me a lower Healthgrades rating.
There is no way to opt out. While there a pretense as a consumer service it fails miserably and the primary mission is really money and it also sells this information to other services. A similar website vitals.com has my education listed at the wrong institution and no other information.
They do not allow honest unbiased reviews anymore. They used to. I never had any issues with leaving reviews before this last one. They are heck (nicer word) bent on protecting this certain doctor and his disgusting staff. Mike who answers the emails at healthgrades.com will change the goal posts. He will say change this one thing about your review and when you change that he will say change this next thing again and again and again. It's been months since first trying to put this review up. I have made reviews in the past similar to this one and so it's Mike that is the problem. You will not get your review up because Mike will not allow it falsely citing their guidelines. Well Mike you are going to get health grades.com into a lot of trouble censoring/gatekeeping reviews and protecting hippa violaters. Mike also will not allow you to report when a business violates hippa. They fully protect and support fake nicey nice reviews, not genuine honest reviews. They don't allow "bad" reviews anymore. People need to know a doctor is a problem before we go in and have our time wasted by doctors who think just because they went to medical school they know everything and that they deserve to treat people any way they want to. Gabriela's review is spot on. Common denominator is "Mike" at healthgrades.com is the is the problem.
Injured my foot in December 2019, but it showed no signs of injury, until April 2020 during the pandemic had dr's offices lockdown. I tried to see a doctor, finally after talking to 5 other doctor's trying to decide what the problem was, even thought it was gout turned out not being gout. Went to National Spine and Pain Center. Dr Kunal Sood and Rebekka Miller-PA, after my first injection the pain went from 10 to a 5, they diagnosed the pain almost immediately. Thanks for a miracle, I thought I would never get relief.
What is the point of using this service if they control what you post? They have cut out my review because it was negative and they didn't like the "WAY" I said it... WE WANT TO HEAR FROM EVERYONE! Not just you're politically correct bunch of plastic people. I want to hear WHY the people are pissed off not just the sanitized version after you're done watering it down and "translating" it... THIS IS JUST ANOTHER BS LIBERAL MEDIA OUTLET...
HealthGrades does not accurately reflect how good/bad a provider is. Even after an inaccurate review is disputed, the review stays up for many years.
I left a rather angry 1-star review for a family member because I hate said family member. So then her business suffered, and she asked me to take the review down. I contacted the web site repeatedly because my log-in info kept not working; and even after I contacted them, they played clueless and dropped their efforts at removing the review I left. So now my sister's mad at me and asking me to make the review go away. What can I tell her? I've been trying to take it down for over a week. The site sent her an email saying they'd have to hear from me directly. Um, THEY HAVE HEARD FROM ME DIRECTLY. AGAIN AND AGAIN. I wouldn't bother using this site or trusting their reviews.
Healthgrade Reviews about businesses SHOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT be attached with Google business reviews. For example, a business may have one person who is getting terrible reviews, but the whole business with several employees is being listed with the same review.
Successfully adding reviews is "tricky" and the process is inconsistent. This website is absolutely NOT USER-FRIENDLY. Even multiple contacts to Healthgrades administration did not receive timely and meaningful responses (just a copy/paste response from "help center"). Someone can easily create a false account and no one can get it taken down. VERY BAD UNPROFESSIONAL WEBSITE.
I completed a two (2) Dr surveys on HealthGrades.com. I wrote about my personal experience with these particular doctors. The reviews were posted for approximately three weeks and then disappeared. I checked the site constantly to see how long my reviews would be posted and how others felt about these doctors. I learned that others felt the same way that I did about the services from one particular Dr. Sadly, I had submitted poor rating prior to those ratings. SUDDENLY, this doctor ended up with excellent ratings... I am now in declining health due to the fact that both of these doctors failed to diagnose my illness and provide the proper treatment. To make matters worse, defaming opinions were written in my healthcare record which further delayed treatment. I had hoped to prevent someone else from going through the same thing.
Blood tests and MRI's clearly diagnosed my illness... As for "Healthgrades.com", I have a lot of questions. As for trusting this website... well I need to have a pepsi at this point.
Answer: I don't know. I suspect that if the physician really is offended and wants to do something about it. I'm not a lawyer but I know truth is an absolute defense in a liable suit. G
Answer: Healthgrades.com is a scam. Their information is totally incorrect. I have been a licensed therapist for years, and they publish my name (without my consent, of course) with the title of Intern. They also publish names of colleagues I have worked with over the years who retired or quit long, long ago! Do not use them as a resource for anything. Jill Margaret Hoffman, LMFT, California
Answer: Yes! I have this same question! It's frustrating that you can't see all of the reviews. I hope someone answers your question!
Answer: No. My experience with orthognathic surgery.
