I bought this headcover to compliment an outfit I bought for a Juneteenth celebration. It was a very warm day (in the 90's), but I was comfortable and stylish.
I washed my new scarf and hung it to dry. It came out very nice and I am looking forward to trying different tying styles. I like it that it is a lighter cotton and not uncomfortable to wear.
I've been looking for the Henry Margu Finish Holding Spray EVERYWHERE. Living in a small town can be limiting on shopping so i rely in internet for a lot of things. Not only did Headcovers carry it, but they were the only ones who didn't price gouge! The whole experience was very smooth, shipping was fast, packaging was very well done, with no damage, no leaking etc. THAT is always a huge plus when having liquids shipped to you! There isn't one single thing bad to say about my experience shopping with Headcovers! It is now my goto for my beauty products. I trust them!

I ordered two of the slouchy snood hats in dark denim and heather taupe. They are great for wearing alone or with my partial wig. Very comfy fabric, no itchy seams, and easy to just pop on and go and not worry about any bald spots showing.

Hi Danielle,
I'm extremely upset. I'm a Breast Cancer patient. I ordered a wig from Headcovers.I filled out the EXCHANGE sheet. I called for RA#. I called twice to make sure the RA# didn't need to be written on the box. Never at any time did one of the reps stress HOW IMPORTANT it is to send the wig back in the original package box. I returned it in the wig box, wrote the return address on it and post office put the sticker on the wig box. I have been waiting for my exchange wig to be shipped. I called yesterday and was told they received it and when it ships I will receive an email. Still no mention of or question of, Did you send it in the original mailing package? I received a shipping email today and when I looked at what was shipped, it was my original wig order! I called and was unfairly treated! Your rep stated, Oh, you didnt send it back in the original mail package, so we cant process the exchange.That's not fair to any consumer! I'm disappointed at this treatment.
Hi Celeste, We special order all of the wigs directly from the designer, and they do have strict rules in their return policies that we have to abide by. I am very sorry that we could not accept your Wig back, as the designer instructed us not to due to the Wig box being damaged.
Thank you for the response but The consumers DO NOT know about the agreement that you have with the wig designers. Including your reps not reiterating the IMPORTANCE of packaging for returns/ exchanges! We the consumer SHOULD NOT BE PENALIZED for this agreement!
Sending me back the original wig and losing the 200.00 is unfair.
As I prepare for chemo, the beautiful turbans and well made port shirts helped me feel better emotionally.
Fitted quite snugly, I have a large head and hair too. If it could be made larger, with adjustable pulls inside, like the cotton bucket hats, it would be even better. That's why I gave 4 stars, not 5.But I am very pleased with it.Covered completely, brim gives attractive frame. I like brims, as I am troubled with dazzle. Quick delivery, I live in the UK. I haven't tried washing it yet, but it looks simple. I wish you made more ghats in larger sizes.

I purchased a hair guard and a swim cap, followed instructions for hair guard! The hair guard did not protect my hair... my hair was completely soaked, and in addition, I got swimmers ear.

I should have checked the fees before buying from them. Not many companies charge re- stocking fees. It is reasonable to pay for shipping.One item was super oversized and one was just silly looking - a cap with hair that comes below. It looked much better in the picures!
If you order from Cancer Society TLC they do not have all these fees and prices are about the same!
I ordered from Headcovers Unlimited. I ordered 7 caps. Two of them came properly packaged in plastic with a card, tissue, and silica pack. The other 5 were just put in the bag. They were returned items. I contacted them and they REFUSED to pay the return shipping to return the items that had been worn! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DOES NOT EXIST! Buy from TLC Direct instead. You will receive NEW items every time!
I bought 2 hats from Headcovers.com. One was okay--not great. I have a normal-sized head but didn't cover my ears as advertized. The second was advertized as cream but was actually white. I never would have purchased a white hat. They refused to pay for the return shipping much less reimburse me for the shipping I had already paid. I wrote an honest 1-star review that they didn't print. Then I wrote a second one for the site that they didn't publish either. That is illegal according to the FTC.
I ordered 3 hats from Headcovers and they accidentally sent the wrong hats. I returned the hats and they refunded me the costs of the hats but not the shipping. I paid the shipping to receive the hats and return the hats. I am out 30 dollars for their mistake. Very unacceptable!
This company is a nightmare to deal with. The topper they shipped to me was not the same shade as the photo of the model. I sent it back for a refund and they refused to refund my money and said there was ink on the inside of the topper. That was impossible because the item was never worn or even taken out of the netting. They literally lied in order to keep my money. The topper that came was a medium brown, my hair is light blonde. They are sending it back to me and are keeping my $$. I have no use for a brown topper that doesn't match my hair. This item was $344.00 and useless to me yet I'm required to pay for it.
I ordered three wigs totaling $4,500. The first one arrived before the tracking info was sent to me. I opened it and to my dissatisfaction it had a red tint to it…I am of Mediterranean decent. I waited for next wig to arrive and was notified before it arrived. It was shipped using UPS SurePost, which means that the post office actually delivers it. Post Office says it was delivered. I was here that day, saw the post woman deliver some packages that were put into my mailbox. Went out to check, no wig delivered. So far I am out $3,000.00. I hope that my third wig has been canceled. I can not afford to do business with this company.
First off they sent a dark brown extension instead of blond. Second, they sent the wrong style extension.
Then they only wanted to refund minus 20% stocking fee. Wow what an incompetent company!
