First you didn't tell me it was in us funds and I had to pay more than I wanted. Second the product is too flimsey

Was double charged on my debit card, triggering a fraud alert, forcing me to get a new debit card... a pain in the butt.

Straightforward process, with initial update on status.

You first told me I could use the coupon code H18 at check out and have free shipping with 5 or more items I would get even a bigger discount. At checkout I used the code and you charged me for shipping which I thought that was different from what I was told. After receiving the shirts they were too small, not at all the size as advertised. The return policy is a joke. The company has a lot to learn about taking care of their customers. Very bad job in the size department, 3XL was more like a large fit. Not good people.

I did not receive the shirt that I really wonted--- its says out of stock------send me my money back for that shirt --I dont wont to swap for more thin cheap shirts

Difficult to move back through the app as I couldn't see any back arrows. Difficulty with sizing. An Australian sizing chart would be helpful. Measuring guide was confusing as it said to take your body measurements but it illustrated shirt measurements. Which one does the chart display? Fabric does not state percentage of cotton to polyester.

You sent me a sweater that was supposed to be an extra large (bust was supposed to be 44 inches). What came was a bust measured 38 inches. They would not pay to send it back and told me I would also have to pay a customs charge as well as the return fees. After over a week of me sending pictures to back up my claims I finally had to accept a 25% refund.

I like the variety to chose from and very good price.
