Last time we ordered, the shirts were way too small. You had some I really wanted for my guys, so I tried again. I ordered them as large as I could. They look nice, and a more appropriate size. BUT the sizing is still weird! I've only looked closely at one, but it is like a foot or more too long! For anyone! And I didn't order big and tall sizes. I'm going to have to hem up the one that isn't a Christmas gift. I hope the others aren't that bad.

Shirt was a little big and wanted to return and buy size XL but theres no paperwork on how to return merchandise. I sent an email and have had no reaponse.
I ordered two 4X Tropical shirt for an upcoming island trip. When they arrived, 5 days early, the shirts were so small that I doubt they would qualify for a normal XL in size. After reaching out in chat for four times, I finally was told I must return the shirts to China... (they shipped from NJ). I was told that " Since International returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue", I could keep the shirts that don't fit me and they would offer me a $10.00 refund from my $54.00 order. I was incredibly frustrated with this terrible customer service.

The scam is they offer 15,20, and then finally 25% cash back if you keep them because you are faced with international shipping fees, possible custom charges and many weeks without knowing if you will get your money back. First file a dispute with your credit card company and then the BBB. Help the next poor bait and switch victim.

Answer: I'm 6'3" and 265.3XL fits with room to spare. I wash all my clothes before wearing and these held up well with warm water and tumble dry. They do wrinkle easily, but the designs override any complaint there. I haven't tried ironing yet. I'm assuming very,very low heat.
