Just for safety reason I would like to let you know that upon getting into my car I noticed that the car was not shifted into "P" and the hand break was not engaged either! The car could easily roll! Fortunately no incident occurred this time.
Courteous agents, no-hassle service.
The only issue was we had to go to Walmart to pickup the car. We thought they were bringing it to the hotel.

Our truck arrived nearly as clean as it left - it was aboard a ship for several days, but looked spectacular when we picked him up. No damages, staff at both ends of Matson were awesome

I had a very difficult time finding where to pick up my car, the address was really not correct and the person who I called at the phone number given to me didnt have a clue. The paperwork was not ready for it when I finally did find out where to go to pick it up.
So far the shipping process has been very simple and easy. This helps our move, as well, being one less thing to worry about. We appreciate that!
Although we where told on the front end that our car would be dropped off at our home it was not. The driver contacted us with two hours notice and refused to come in to our home. He told my husband that he had to meet us at a Walmart and would need to be there at 10:30pm that night to pick up the car. After telling him that was late and would not work for our family he didn't give us an any other option. He stated if we didn't get the car then he would be heading south and would not know when he would be able to return and our car was in his way of is next drop off.
It was very frustrating and very poor customers service.
Terrible communication. The people who called me were: a) tough to understand, b) rude, c) didn't leave their extension number (although they always asked that I call them back), and d) totally unprofessional over the phone and lacking common courtesy / manners

Very easy to do. A little confusing on finding the shipping dock in Oakland. Had to call the office to find the shipping dock.

It is important to confirm with Matson (the actual shipper) the drop-off time. We were given a drop-off date by Hawaii Car Transport of six-days prior to container ship sail date. When we arrived at Matson, we were informed that we did not need to drop off vehicles until two-days before sail date (which we did, saving on rental car cost and storage fees).
Otherwise, using your service was easy and your pricing is great.
Initial contacts and booking were very good. The problem I had that made the process stressful and difficult was that I did NOT receive email confirmation that the car was shipped, so did not have a shipping number, vessel name or anticipated delivery date. I called *******695 several times to request shipping confirmation. It was only on the day the car was ready for pickup that I was able to obtain an email with shipping information and confirmation number. Nawiliwili pick up was smooth.
