Delivery was delayed, which was no problem, but we attempted to contact the office 6 times to change the name of who was picking up and never received a call back until the delivery day. Shipment was smooth, communication was poor.
I was very happy last time and have confidence it will happen again this time!
I did notice more door nicks on the door handle this time

The website was easy to use and dealing with customer service reps over the phone was a pleasant experience as they were knowledgeable and friendly.
When we picked up the car at the delivery site two hubcaps were scraped. We filed a claim with Matson that is still pending. It is possible that your service did the damage. We have been told Matson has pictures prior to loading the car and that should help conclude when the damage occurred. Therefore, I consider this transaction still to be unresolved. We enjoyed our contacts with your service and are pleased other than the hubcaps.

Online is easy but hard to contact by phone. Customer service over the phone is seldom helpful and they are quick to disconnect you or pass on the buck. Happy I got one lady who was professional and helpful and spoke to me like she care about providing a good service and me as a person. There is very little pass on of information between the driver and service office.
From walking in the door I had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly & helpful.

My rep Patrick was super friendly and helpful, and the online booking pages were conveniently filled in for me with information I discussed with Patrick. While I haven't personally inspected my car yet after it was delivered to its destination on time, my friend that received it says the drop off went well and my car appears fine. Thanks
