Purchased 2 pairs of Vivienne Westwood Jewelry from Harvey Nichols online. I am in the US, and I was pretty worried because a lot of my Vivienne purchases from other UK retailers have been a nightmare. However, Harvey Nichols served & delivered. I am so pleased with the products (perfect condition, just as described) Email updates were excellent & It arrived in a timely manner. The packaging was also secure & aesthetically pleasing. Thank you!
Ordered a gift on 01/27paid for $30 for delivery. Just keep getting emails and text saying delivery has arrived in country,I dont think it's the courier (DHL)) more like Harvey Nichols are not competent incapable to get Valentine's Day orders out. I've emailed customer service and tried to phone, guess what? No reply. I expected more from HN but they are just another faceless useless company with no level of customer service. DHL Customer Service told me HN canceled delivery!They failed to deliver after a week, and HN canceled my order, they still charged me $30 shipping fees, how come?HN never ever explain what's happening?I emailed HN which do not cancel my order twice, I waited at home all day long for packages! How disappointing and ugly the Harvey Nichols!

Tip for consumers:
Be patient with shipping & check your emails if you are purchasing internationally. Once it is in the hands of the courier, Harvey Nichols has no control over your products but will keep you updated with emails along the way.

I am a customer at ASOS for a long time. And unfortunately, I'm done with this company after they never figure out with my refund on $450-600. That's a lot of money for me. I dropped my three packages more than a month ago. They never receive my packages therefore no refund for me because I don't gave proof of postage. They couldn't even provide me with a USPS tracking number that they usually send with the order. With that said, if you just drop your package without a proof of postage, you are losing you money. You are responsible for that and they will not help you with that and it us no matter how much you spend over there!
Have visited many times and it has interesting range of luxury products. Would recommend to London visitors
Anybody who is anybody shops at Harvey Nicks. It has all the best designer names. Its just across the road from Harrods in London. More of a clothes store than anything else but also has beauty products and food and drink.
