They lost my products in the post (they told me) and after many many emails, phone calls and chats I had an email saying they can't refund me! Making up excuses like "your email doesn't work", "we are not able to refund your credit card", speaking to so many different people and they all had excuses. And now they don't answer me. So basically DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD to them as they take money from it and never send you the products. I have reported them and will take them to court. Thieves!
