It was very easy to navigate the website and place my order. The item shipped the next day and arrived earlier then I expected.

I had a good experience. No issues to mention. They a great variety of products to review and purchase.

This was the only place that stocked what I wanted. I got screwed on price, but had little choice since nowhere else had what I needed.

Why does website change quantitiy ordered from 1 to 5? Just happened. IF I HAD MISSED THIS SNEAKY CHANGE i WOULD HAVE PAID FOR 5 ITEMS WHEN I ONLY NEEDED 2.

Yesterday ordered qty of 2 and was changed to 3? What gives?

The brackets we ordered look beautiful. They were for 12" shelves but wood comes in 11 1/4 so there is a gap. 2 of the brackets arrived scratched but I was able to touch them up with paint. Over all nice.

Overall good, but would be much better if free standard shipping were offered for orders over a certain dollar amount. In addition, two products did not match the specs/measurements advertised, thus could not be mated with similars.

Hardware world.com had a particular type of paintbrush that was difficult to find elsewhere. Price was 14 cents more than I paid locally 4 years ago--not bad. Shipping was pretty quick. No complaints.

Received order in timely manner. Had products I could not find locally. One can of stain came extremely dented but the large clamps placed on the lid kept it from leaking. Was very satisfied and will order again.

The prices are reasonable. Very Fast shipping. Never have to start the car to hunt the product down wasting my time and gas. Always knew how much was in stock before ordering. Nobody likes back orders. Thank goodness for online shopping.

Ordered over-the-glasses safety goggles. Was having a hard time finding them anywhere, and still waiting on some we ordered in April from Amazon. These were available and they came the next day. Excellent service!

Package was received but was beat up with a little whole opened enough for the small parts to fall out by delivering service ups. They said maybe I should contact the manufacturer. Better box packaging would be appreciated for $229.

My brother is telling me that the website did not clearly state how many of these gutter guards were in one package.
He says that I won't need any many as I had ordered which was 3 boxes. Therefore, i gave some to my sister who needs them for her house.
