Pls ensure proper packaging so that the boxes dont fall apart during shipping as has happened in the past as they are heavy items. I am recommending double boxing but seeing you are the experts, will leave packing up to you. Just giving you my experience from previous deliveries of this item
Quick and easy. Web site clear to understand and select from. Delivery within a couple of days and item well packaged. This was a 'like' replacement. Purchased the first one maybe 25 years ago. Still functions but needs a little rest. Very please with product and service.
I have a big heat heater I've had for about 20 years, it still works but rattles some, we are using this new one in our rv while we are on this trip, nice and quiet, works great, warms this 26' rv up nicely, I like this style of heater for its size, heat, fan & thermostat features, I hope it lasts as long as the last one. I am very satisfied so far, great product, your co. Was easy to deal with & I received my order in just a few days, thank you.
I received my order in a timely fashion, save for UPS having issues... it came nearly 9:00 p.m.
The greenhouse was easy to assemble, but the shelves are not precisely shaped to stay on the bars, so I used plant ties to attach them securely. Be careful in assembly, too, because either I cracked two pieces or they came that way, but in the end, it still went together all right.
Having read others' comments about it blowing over easily, I have positioned it next to the house, and have bricks on either side of the bottom and so far, so good. Especially with boxes and pots on the shelves, it seems steady.
Very disappointed in the John Sterling brackets I ordered. Gage of metal has been lightened, support tabs modified, this is some cheap knock off of an originally great product, won't order these again, hoping the brackets can support my lumber stock hanging on my shop wall. Previous experience with these brackets was great, no more, need to return to the quality first designed, customers want value, not cheap.
First time ordering. Company will be held in my product files for future need. Items were exactly what I was looking for, and unable to find anywhere else in local hardware stores or on the internet. And when using our big box home centers for unique items, the usually untrained staff has no idea of just what I am talking about or trying to describe.
Ordering was very pleasant. Quick. Easy searching. Value pricing.
Additionally, I had ordered some items I knew were on back-order. After about 10 days I sent an email inquire about the back-order status. I received a very prompt, courteous and detailed answer to my inquiry.

Excellent pricing for the product. Unfortunately the shipping was a significant piece of the overall cost, but that's not entirely your fault, of course. I can't find this 48" bungy at all in my area; I wish you were local!

Very fast shipping - I selected 3 day air but product could not be shipped that way due to DOT regulations. The company notified me right away, refunded part of my shipping and while it had to ship ground, I still received it on the day it was suppose to be there. Excellent customer service. Will definitely purchase from again.
I am attempting to purchase a replacement stem for a Valley Roman Tub Faucet. When I tried two years ago, No such beast was available. I trust this model fits?.

The drawer slides are exactly as described and arrived in a timely fashion. I have not installed them yet but they look just like the ones I need to replace and all parts seem to be there. The price was way below what I thought it would be so I was very happy about the entire transaction.
First time to use. Happy with all aspects of ordering and receiving the lawn sprinklers. I have used this type of sprinkler since 1979. Hard to believe but I'm still using the two I purchased in 1979 when I moved into a new home. Still using the two 75 foot hoses I purchased at the same time. Have had minor repair on both the sprinklers and the hoses. I'm probably overly maintenance minded in most all things in my life. When you find a good product I've been successful staying with the item. Your company is the only one I know of that has this particular sprinkler and very pleased with the performance of the new ones. Seem to be same quality. I water near daily 180 or so shrubs and trees I've planted thru out 6 acres. Therefore I need good quality in things to accomplish this task. Thank you from a pleased consumer. Ordered a bunch of floor flanges for the best price I could find online. They all arrived less than 2 days later. Great service. Only problem was that the teeth 1 of the 24 flanges had been carved incorrectly. Everything else was great and as expected. Thanks

In,select light,placed order, paid with PayPal,gone & done. Now I just wait for delivery. Very smooth site to use. ----- security light arrived on time/date; called my local electrician, he was nearby, installed light, covered sensor to see if all was well. Light came on, electrician finished installation, waited until dark; Bingo, light on! Has been on each night since. Very pleased, good product, good site, good company. Thank you.
