Fast response to a question on product availability. Item arrived on time but was delivered late due to a carrier mix up. Packing could have been better. (More bubble wrap or foam, etc at each end) One end of box was busted open and contents able to fall out if box picked up without paying attention to condition of package. I haven't counted each item in each bundle at this point, so I'll assume that all 300 dowels are there. Will surely buy again.
All good, although most of the cans did not come with the little tube spouts that insert into the nozzle. No huge deal since I have left overs from previous purchases. However, overall I can recommend this vendor unreservedly.

Looking forward in working with your product. Im arrived on time. A little disappointed that I had to sand down a majority of the wooden square dowels.

I found the best price with reasonable shipping cost at Hardware World. It was my first purchase so I did not know what to expect. My lamp shades were delivered pretty quickly, considering I'm on in NY. I'll check this site when I need this type of item in the future. Good experience
Quick and easy. Reasonable shipping charges. Other retailer was charging an extra $15.00 to ship same items and over a week to delivery. Will definitely use again. Kitchen remodel starting soon...ugh!
It's not small size and fan hole is out from screw plate but in bedroom so I am fine with that, was having big problem with trying to get globe from original fan maker but it works thank you for your service. Be safe
Ordered some coolers that were a little hard to find elsewhere. Price was fair. Shipment packing was adequate. Shipment arrived within the expected timeframe. The only minor issue may have been caused by the manufacturer's poor choice of label adhesive, or possibly warm storage conditions at the Hardware World store/warehouse, but the label-sticker glue was very difficult to remove and left slight cosmetic damage to the coolers. It's not anything I am worried about fixing, but it is a little irritating.
First time user of your products. Good selection process easy check out. Time will tell if I receive my items on planned date. A couple dollars more than your competition but they didn't have the items in stock.
These 6 brackets arrived in a box with a gaping 6" hole in the corner. Amazingly, all parts were there except for a single flat washer. I call that a win!

When clicking on the "place order" button, a picture of a baby with his hand over his face came up saying, "UH OH, something has gone terribly wrong... This made me very uneasy. I tried to call your 800 number during your business hours and had to leave a message. I just decided to try to place my order again. It seems to have gone thru this time. Please verify that only ONE CHARGE was charged to my credit card and email me to let me know. Thank you!

Okay 9 days later...product arrived right on schedule. Packaging was superb. Thanks Hardware World, that's 3 days of my life I won't get back. Pressure washing and and staining. But the 1200 sq.ft. Deck looks fantastic.

This is painless! I needed a large quantity of these inexpensive nylon composite garden trowels to use for a memorial tree planting ceremony. Shopping at local stores could not yield the needed quantity/product. Online, prices varied widely, and even Amazon could not help me. But Hardware World came to the rescue! They had the product in stock, the quantity, a great price (which was important for our non-profit group), allowed Paypal for payment, and the packaging/shipping was excellent. I will forever sing the praises of this company. Thank you. (And I'll be back for next year's event needs.)
It was very easy to find the product I was looking for (used the search bar). Also, best prices I could find either in-store or internet. Shipping estimates gave me an idea of my total overall cost. On final checkout, there was a slight price increase (by a few cents)--so shipping estimator is very accurate. Shipping information detailed and accurate. Everything arrived on-time and without damage. Wonderful experience. Thank you.
Site feels a little dated and sketchy, but it was pretty easy to find what I was looking for and the transaction went smoothly. My only complaint is that I ordered 16 shelf brackets and I guess they come in 10-packs, so the odd 6 were just thrown loosely in the box to get all banged around instead of rubber banded together or wrapped up. Nothing was severely scratched up and I'm using them for utility shelves anyway, but something to consider.
