I bought Howard Restor-A-Finish and Feed-N-Wax for some pieces of furniture that had scratches and worn spots on them. I had been recommended these products by Howard, but they weren't available locally, so I had to look for them online. The prices for them at Hardware World were very reasonable. I've used the Restor-A-Finish for mahogany and was amazed by the results! The Feed-N-Wax is made from beeswax, so I wasn't able to use it during the winter since this furniture is in a storage unit without any heat or electricity. I just need to figure out how to heat it up so that it will come out of the bottle. I'm hoping that my mahogany furniture will look even better once I apply it. My shopping experience with Hardware World was very enjoyable!
I needed carbide/cement blades for my late husband's old Ryobi jigsaw and no one had them. I ordered from Hardware World and received them quickly at a great price. They did the job!

Shipping was too expensive for this lightweight product, but we really needed the lightbulbs. They arrived in good condition, but they were the wrong item, which I assume was my fault. In my original search for them, I had put in the item number from the packaging, so I guess it somehow it got scrambled when I thought I'd found what I was looking for at Hardware World. The ones that were sent can be used at some future date in another light fixture.
Tried reaching you by phone...impossible. No one to answer a phone for your company. Message given out says to reach you by email. Pathetic is what I would call it...no one to speak with you personally. Won't ever use your company again and will suggest to anyone needing door hardware to avoid your company if they are looking for personalized help.
The site was easy to use and the process was equally as easy. The order was delivered on schedule. The only hiccup was the container opened during shipment and some product leaked into the box. Based on the care Hardware World went to clipping the container lid in four places I must assume the box was not handled properly by the shipper!

I bought scissors - But Hardware World sent a completely different model number that was a cheaper version. I have contacted them several times and supplied all the pics they requested - now they won't respond to my emails! Bait and switch and then you are stuck with what they send you! Buyer BEWARE!
I received 2 of the 3 cans of paint that I wanted because that was all that was in stock. However, I was hoping that there might be some indication of when you might expect a new supply of that product might be available.
Our HOA required a specific type of paint to use. Hardware World had exactly what I needed and could get it to me in time. I am satisfied with the ease of their website and the quick delivery. The shipping costs were a little high, but worth it. I'll definitely use them again.
The ordering process is seamless & the item was received in a reasonable amount of time. The Gilmore Fireman's nozzle is exactly as described. These are hard too find so the price is somewhat high. Reason for 4 star rating. I had ordered from a different vendor and the nozzle was of a similar design but it performed poorly & I couldn't return it. So overall I am a happy camper! I would recommend this Company.
Recently purchased caulking from these folks and unfortunately I ordered the wrong color. However, they would only take one box back b/c the other box was open and one of the tubes was used. Problem is they charged me full for shipping and had me pay for shipping to send it back as well. The fair thing to do would have been to credit me at least for half of the shipping since they are going to resell the box I sent back as they mentioned! I will never buy from these folks ever again! Buyer beware!
Ordered Walnut standards and shelf supports. The standards were fine but the supports (box of 100) had no Walnut color. Two messages through their web site have gone unanswered. This should have been an easy fix with either replacement or refund but now it's going to be a chargeback. I wouldn't recommend doing business with Hardwareworld.
I couldn't find Penofin in the Yosemite color locally, so I searched online and found Hardware World. Their prices are actually cheaper than my local stores and it was at my door in 2 days.
Purchased fuel transfer pump TRFA01. Instructions says supply vessel and receiving vessel
To be at same height. Web site shows recieving vessel higher than supply vessel. Web site says nothing about this. I feel this information is important.
