Good product selection and love the amazon checkout feature

I am a first time customer and will use Hardware and Tools again in the future. I was very pleased with the entire process. From ordering, billing, and delivery, everything was seamless. The order was unable to be shipped complete but I was informed of the partial shipment, and Hardware and Tools followed up with emails and kept me in the loop through the entire process.

Tracking delivery was awkward.

I have to try the product before recommending it.

You need more info on these products. I am ordering one of each because I am trying to find out what will replace the old sealers I used to use that are not made any more.

They always have what I need when I can't find it at a Brick and Mortar store
