Product was as described, shopping was simple and fast as was the shipping.

I ordered a Dewalt battery powered kit. Paid the fee for rushed shipping. It's been 75 days and I have not seen anything. Contacting their customer service I was told only customers can access a link to see the status of that order. That link has not functioned in the 2 weeks since I've tried it. Subsequent emails to Hardware &Tools have not been answered. This site is a scam, DO NOT send them your money.

Impressive shopping cart system (automatic address lookup and auto filling of fields)

Packaging of the order was extremely poor with 40 out of 60 shelf brackets ending up floating in the large overall carton. This soured an otherwise excellent shopping experience.
