Harbor Freight Tools

If you're looking for decent tools and don't want to pay an exorbitant amount of money. Look at Harbor freight. I've been using their tools for years and I've never had a problem and they're returned. Policy is very generous so like I said. If you wanna save money, used Harbor freight.

A nice gentleman named Vincent came to aid me as I looked for your information on a drill press. I had needed to know about the difference uses for the sizes and recommended for steel. Even though I didn't purchase an item he wished me luck on my journey.

I was looking for a 1/2 impact and I seen that harborfreight had a deal so I went and checked it out and I got the items the impact I grabbed was not the one with the deal so I went with HERCULES20V Brushless Cordless 3/8 in. Compact 3-Speed Impact Wrench all the socket I have are 1/2 so I have to use a adapter to use it

I bought a wet saw and used it with large format tiles until I wore out the bearings on the sliding table. I owned it for well over a year. I wanted to buy a new sliding table with all the bearings in place and asked customer service how to do this. Their response - they Fedexed me one. Gratis. What a pleasure to deal with a company who wants to help.

I have dealt with the customer service dept. 3 or 5 times and always found them to be 5 star. They are always knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. Today, I had the pleasure of dealing with Esperanza. She had all quality that make it a pleasure to deal with customer service. It disappoints me to read some of the unfair rating by others: for example, one person lost his job and home. He didn't pay his credit card and his credit score dropped 150 points. He blames Harbor Freight for this and gave them 1 star claiming that they are not about the community. Another person misused a product causing damage to it and expected it to be accepted as a return. Be very careful with some of these negative reviews... they are unwarranted and unfounded!

Harbor Freight is always a great place to shop, good inventory, fair prices and great deals. They also stand behind their products. 5 *****

I bought three of these and engines. The best engine replacement was for a log splitter. Although I had to buy a adapter to make the shaft 3/4. This is a beast of an engine. Two pulls and it starts right up. I like the idea of two bearings on the ends. It behooves me how this can run 8 hours a day for maybe up to 3 weeks at a time

I've been a Harbor Freight customers for years. I learned today the gentleman that has helped me on numerous occasions in Statesboro, Ga. - is the manager. He is always so customer friendly and goes the extra mile to assist you while in the store. Kudos to you and the example you set your your staff. Thank you for always being so helpful. Of course you have your home depots and lowes, but I love Harbor Freight. Good deals and same quality tools. It's the first store choice for me when it comes to tools.

You get what you pay for. Tools are as good as anywhere else. Store returns are never a problem. I generally look here to start.

Buy all my tools there. It's hard to find a sales person on the floor, the free giveaways such as mini flashlights, etc are usually gone by the time I get there. Prices are great. They make almost all that they sell. Better than any other tool, supply store I've been to. Easy to buy more than you intended if you're into tools, etc.

Ariel help me and my family so much. She delt with a terrible attitude from a relative of mine. I felt so embarrassed and she handled it like no other. Best store manager for harbor freight. There lucky to have her. And thank you for dealing with us.

Harbor freight sells cheap tools. Some of these tools are very high quality, some are not. They have online reviews done by customers that help a great deal on determining what is good and what is just cheap. Harbor freight has good customer service and delivers when they say they will - no deception. The prices are what keeps people coming back - great prices! Site is easy to navigate and ordering simple.
