Ordered two bubble balls back in May for my daughter's birthday. Got one email response back and they never responded again now you can't even view shop on Shopify. It's the end of August. They're a big scam if you ask me. Trying to figure out how to get them investigated by shop my bank and PayPal.

My kids ordered a rose teddy bear for me for mothers day. Didnt know it was shipping from China. Took almost 3 months! I ordered other items from China that came quicker! When received, it wasnt packaged properly, just thrown into a shipping bag, no packing material or anything to protect it. Roses were already falling out when I got it. They said I would have to pay to return to China? I think not. Poorly made, poor customer service. Dont waste your time. Get one off Amazon!

I bought a silk dress which was advertised on Face book at a reduced rate. It had a lovely pattern and flowed beautifully from the neck. It did not take long to arrive and to be fair the correspondence about the original wrong size was good. The product was nothing like what model wore. It was not silk it sid not flow from the neck and had an attempt at a waist wirh sewing a 4 year old could have managed - see below. The dress was going to be for a special occasion but I doubt I would even want to answer the door in such shoddy merchandise

I ordered couple of protein shakes almost 2 months ago and still no delivery, even when it said after I ordered it will take about 9-12 days to ship. I contacted the company and was told they do not have the item in stock at the moment. Nobody contacted me to let me know I will not get my order anytime soon. That was a month ago and never heard anything since. I just asked for a refund as I don't believe I will ever receive it. I will for sure not order from this company ever again.

Absolutely scam! I have paid over $50 for bubble balls in may 2021 and they never arrived. A Lucy from happy deals replied when I enquired and now they have stopped responding - nothing more than thieves do not buy in fact they should be reported to the police

When I didn't receive an email confirmation of my order; I called the number - the woman was friendly until I told her why I was calling; she then said "YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER" and hung up. I tried to get a deal; should have known better and stuck with buying local. The facebook page and related links are now paths to nowhere.

Regularly $268. Got for $31.99. Not sure I'd have paid even $31.99 if I'd seen them in person first. I can't imagine anyone in their right mind even coming close to considering paying $268 for these! There is no name and no size on the boots. Cheaply made. Uncomfortable sole and an uncomfortable fit. Maybe will be better once broken in? Doubt it though as I ordered a size 7 and they fit like a size 6. Won't be able to wear anything but a thin pair of socks with them. With them already fitting small I won't be able to put any insoles in to increase the comfort. Would definitely NOT recommend! Funny how no matter how I submitted the photo it only comes out sideways.

I placed an order for cookies and paid the price noted. They cancelled my order. It was not out of stock but was marked at a higher price. The cookies were for the students on my bus for Friday snack. The kiddos were looking forward to them and at the last minute I am now going to have change their treat for Friday. I am very upset with the way this company operates and I am not going to do business with them again.

Do not buy from them! They cheat and send you 10cent items and then make you return them to China with tracking! $120 usps $189. Fed ex and $238 ups! Scam scam scam! DO NOT DO IT!

I purchased knock off birkenstocks which I expected to be a lower quality but not total s%$# quality! Look at the wannabe leather just folding like cardboard and wrinkled to all hell not to mention they are too small for us. I disputed through paypal which is why I regularly purchase through paypal for this kind of issue they seek out the problem and usual fix the issue but this time paypal sides with this HOLE of a supplier. I am utterly blown away! Buyer Beware! Run when you see this name or email! Happydeal or *******@gmail.com. THERE IS NOTHING HAPPY ABOUT IT!

Happy deal-365 If I could rate a -0- I would. Ordered for Christmas over 2 weeks ago via Sears website. Called and the number is disconnected. Chatted with rep who told me it would be escalated. 48 hours later no response, called sears. They can't help but gave me a new number. Called it rang once and disconnected. Next step is to file abetted business bureau complaint suggest you do the same if you are experiencing the same issues.

I ordered some bubbles a couple weeks ago and then realized they won't be shipping. I've tried multiple times to contact them and cancel the order but no reply. Do not buy!

I ordered a rose bear from these jerks on May 13th. I understand things are slower now with the current conditions and expected to have a long wait. But... They said it shipped June 2nd, gave a false tracking # and nothing ever came! The post master general is investigating. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

At Happy Deals confirmed the order, and stated that I would receive in 10 days that was 98 days ago.
They did at one time respond to my emails, but no longer.

This website is wish if you didn't get your product 90% of the time, and received messages saying we tried to deliver your package, but it was sent back and here's a fake link that you can click to get us to resend it... it don't work tho

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM NOT WORTH IT THEY'LL GIVE YOU A HELL AND BACK... You can't return you cannot get hold of anyone... Report in to Sears and report them to the better business bureau. On a hope she's will take him off their Sears.com.

I ordered a pair of size 10 shoe, I received a size 5. I reported it to pay pal. I didn't want a refund, just wanted to return them and get the correct size. Happydeal offered me a $4 refund! Don't deal with this company, they are scammers!

My bike was delivered broken. Sears says the merchant must refund and send free return. For one week I have been given the runaround with emails asking for photos, videos, "do not worry" "don't understand problem" and nothing regarding my money back and return. Sears promises to make it better. Still waiting for that. Chase Visa will give me my money back after 15 days. I've spend 12 hours trying to fix it and videoing. Chase is my best bet. 8 days to go. My God, do not buy from them and be aware that you are NOT buying from Sears

The company advertised a product at 90 percent off original price. Says your saving hundreds of dollars. When in fact they are not honest.
