This site is a scam with poor products. I ordered a tablet.
The tablet would $#*! down and the charger did not fit properly. Tried to return item but was given an address in China. The cost to return item would have exceeded the purchase cost. Buyer Beware!
I ordered an item through Sears, and this a Sears vendor. The item was not what I expected, and they will not give refunds. I have to pay to ship it back, and it will cost more than the refund. When they respond through email, they are very rude and condescending. I have been a Sears customer for many years, and am very disappointed in them for not backing me up. All they will do is send another email to the vendor, only to get another rude response. Will think twice before ordering through them again.
If I could rate this a 0 i would. I ordered a robotics vacuum cleaner. It states it was delivered but it never came. Never can get in contact with the company no answer. I am contacting the BBB Better Business Bureau also my local t. V. station in my area.
I made the mistake of ordering a product from this company that claimed to renew faded leather. What I received for $25 was a tiny bottle of what appears to be white water with no instructions, along with a tiny sponge. Whatever this product is, it is impossible to apply to leather, as it has the consistency of water, and just creates ugly, splotchy marks. It does nothing for the appearance of the leather, except make it splotchy.
Do not buy from them! They cheat and send you 10cent items and then make you return them to China with tracking! $120 usps $189. Fed ex and $238 ups! Scam scam scam! DO NOT DO IT!
I ordered a Christmas ornament on 10/20 my account has been charged, but I have not received my package.There is no phone number to call for help
Awful-ordered something that looked great - for Christmas- well firm in China and looks like stocking shall be empty.
Avoid this at all costs and tell your friends unless you want to be disappointed.

Happy deals 365 is a Sears vendor. The company doesn't answer the phone or return emails. They sold me a used defective treadmill as a new item. The item cost $479. I had to pay UPS $224 to return the item. Sears would not accept the item at a store, it had to be returned to Sears Holding Corp in Illinois. I had to pay the return shipping cost. DONT BUY ONLINE FROM SEARS. THEY ARE PROBUBABLY GOING OUT OF BUSINESS SOON.

I too made the mistake of ordering their leather revitalizing product. Slow delivery, product didn't work. Don't purchase!
The company advertised a product at 90 percent off original price. Says your saving hundreds of dollars. When in fact they are not honest.
