Your website plays pricing games and you know this. It changed the pricing 3 times. Also it was extremely difficult to get the 15% off. Also it was free shipping on orders over $50 and then that offer magically disappeared and so the shipping cost money too. No. One star only. Terrible website. Playing pricing games. Not nice. I would never recommend your website ordering to anyone. Nor will I ever use it again.
The new Hanes socks are cheaply made. Definitely very thin, you can literally see right through them. I'm give this 12 pack of socks away to the community center. Will NEVER waste my money on Hanes again!
I purchased Men's underwear and lounge/sleep wear pants and shirt and the sizes are not even close. The elastic is pathetic. I have never had as many issues with an order as I had with this Hanes order ******8620. After spending $83.09 I will never purchase any of their clothing ever again! I will be placing this entire order in the trash!
I buy 2 packs of winter socks each year from Hanes. One's that wik the sweat from your feet. Usually they are good quality, not this year! They are so thin that you get one wear before your big toe comes though.
Yes I did clip my toe nail, it's not the problem. Other pairs of socks don't rip even last years Hanes.
They are using cheap materials to save money for their stockholders instead of looking after their customers.
I won't buy your cheap merchandise at your rip off prices.
Used Hanes for twenty years, but things have changed. Eco Smart sweatshirts equal trash and may as well be called disposable, since they pill and are embarassing to wear after literally only one wash. Sizes are not consistent; I know this because I kept giving these sweatshirts a chance and purchased more and was privy to see the inconsistency of sizes. After many repeat purchases of the eco smart sweatshirts, I have thoroughly concluded the ecosmart sweatshirts are truly disposable trash after one wash. Soft- not after one wash because they are bumpy and rough with so many pills. If you can afford to wear disposable sweatshirts which you must trash after one wash, then this is your company.
I have been buying Hanes mens socks for over 30 years because they lasted at least a year (and I am hard on my socks). The last couple of years I am lucky to get 6 months wear out of a pair of their socks. I reached out to the company a few times concerning this matter and I was just ignored
Ive had these two styles of hanes underwear for 4-10 years. What i recieved after ordering is absolute garbage. The seams are trash and the fabric is getting holes my old underwear took 4y to get in 3 washes. The stitching around the legs is horrible and the elastic chafes and rashes meaning i spent $30 for some shop rags. The waistband is cheaper as well and is already worn out with minimal use. Buy another brand.
Hanes used to be good quality. They have gone downhill for a while now. Socks are garbage. Sizes are way to small than they say. I have size 8 shoe and I have to buy big and tall size. They are sized for tiny feet. Also, price has gotten too high for the quality.
Bought my daughter a 10 pkg of Hanes crew socks for Christmas...the quality is terrible.we have bought Hanes products for yrs and I was so disappointed...the material is thin and wont hold up.very uncomfortable on the toes... also bought myself pkg of underwear and it is coming apart at the elastic already...what has happened to quality?
I am disappointed that the hanes slim fit crew neck shirts are even longer. Doesn't the designers know that everyone is looking for the untucked look...so why make them longer. Someone is out of touch.
I use to buy hanes underwear because I didn't mind the price as it was a good product. They have cheapend the waistband and the material they are made out of so much that it is wiser finacially to buy my underwear at Giant Tiger. Good bye Hanes...
On November 3 of 2021 I went to Walmart in Mulberry and bought a 10 pack of Hanes boxer briefs underwear extra-large. After just a few hours of wearing the underwear I had huge blisters all over the area the underwear touched. They burnt the skin, it blistered and even in some places I was bleeding. I have pictures to prove it. Hanes refuse to talk to me. Front, back, side and underneath. It's time to get a lawyer! The rest of the pictures I cannot show.
I agree with all the post i have read on this site, i have allways bought hanes crew socks, and have allways lasted a good period of time, NOW i bought a few bags of them and within wearing them 4 times every pair the heal wears out everytime, WHAT GOOD IS A WHOLE SOCK WHEN YOU HAVE HOLES IN THE HEALS, WHAT A DISGRACE, MUST BE PURE GREED.
Hanes Comfortsoft Hipsters are the worst underwear I've ever had. They say No Ride Up, yet there's no elastic in the leg bands. The waist band isn't very stretchy at all. Hanes.com doesn't have a spot in Customer Service to register a complaint. The quality of their products has been going downhill for many years now. I won't buy them anymore.
Low prices and free shipping look good, but they should let you know it is from Asia and sent by swimmers to the States and it has taken so long I'm afraid the first two have drowned.
Can't see another order in my future.
I had ordered some underwear from Hanes online. After receiving them, Hanes asked for my review and comments.
It was stated that they were "soft cotton". Really? I think more like cheap polyester because they were scratchy and the thinnest material I have ever seen. I don't think they will last through more than 3 washings.
When I said this in my review Hanes sent me an email stating that my review was unacceptable under their standards and would not post it.
So I would assume only GOOD reviews are posted, So future buyers are led to believe all those GOOD reviews are sincere and spend their hard-earned dollars on garbage. If you value how you spend your money on undergarments... shop at Jockey. I have been buying their underwear for YEARS and they are worth every penny.
On sale because they are all cut with a super long tail making them basically worthless, but then again its about them making money and not customer satisfaction, will pay more in the future with ralph lauren but at least i can wear what i buy, forget hanes and their underhanded ways of getting rid of wrong sized clothing at customer expense
I ordered a pack of 4 mid thought boxer briefs. Although they fit well & are comfortable, the waistband & seams started to come apart after several wearings. Disappointing for such a well known brand that's been around for so long.
I've been a loyal Haines guys for years. I wear socks once and buy more. How disappointing I can't buy my old socks. These new ones are made of something besides cotton. THEY SUCK. So tight on my legs. I'm 6'2" 210lbs. I'm not even fat. Why is it digging into my legs. I take my socks off and you can count the sock ridges per fiber on my skin.
HOW DISAPPOINTING. You all really dropped the ball to save money.
SHAME ON YOU HAINES. YOUR SOCKS ARE WORTHY OF BEING USED AS TOILET PAPER POOP TICKETS
