NEVER AGAIN

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! AN ODER MADE IN JANUARY- I AM STILL TRYING TO GET MADE RIGHT! I RECEIVED THE 1ST PACKAGE- NEVER RECEIVED THE SECOND PACKAGE
I RETURNED THE FIRST PACKAGE- WITH YOUR LABEL AND THEY GAVE ME THE REFUND AUTOMATICALLY LIKE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO THAT WOULD BE THE REFUND OF 95.69 SECOND PACKAGE GOT LOST IN THE MAIL AND THEY NEVER DID ANYTHING I CALLED AFTER MULTIPLE WEEKS AND THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO RESHIP THE ITEMS THAT I NEVER RECIVED - THE SECOND SHIPMENT CAME AND IT WAS STILL MISSING ITEMS.
THE SECOND PACKAGE I MADE ANOTHER RETURN AND YOU NEVER GAVE ME A CREDIT FOR IT SO I HAD TO CALL AGAIN - AND REQUEST THE REMAINING ITEMS BE SHIPPED
SHE WAS ABLE TO GET A MANAGER AND SHIP ME OUT THE LAST 6 ITEMS THAT I HAD NEVER RECEIVED. ON APRIL 10TH I CALLED IN AND THE LADY MANUALLY GAVE ME A REFUND FOR THE 2ND PACKAGE OF ITEMS I RETURNED THAT YOU DID NOT REFUND ME FOR
THAT WAS THE 41.67 REFUND
SHE ALSO REFUNDED ME FOR THE ITEMS THAT I NEVER RECEIVED, THAT SHE WAS NOT ABLE TO SHIP TO ME. AFTER ALL MY EFFORTS I STILL NEVER RECEIVED SOME OF THE ITEMS THAT WAS THE 26.49 REFUND
AND SHE SENT ME A RETURN LABEL FOR THE 3RD PACKAGE I RECEIVED. WHERE I KEPT 2 ITEMS AND RETURNED 4 YOU STILL OWE ME A REFUND FOR THOSE 4 ITEMS.
SHIPPED TO ME ON 3/17 AND RETURNED VIA USPS ON APRIL 21ST. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CREDIT FOR THOSE ITEMS AND WHEN I CALLED IN ON 4/24 TO ADVISE I HAD NOT RECEIVED A REFUND THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO WAIT 10 DAYS FOR YOU TO POSSIBLY REFUND ME I ACLLED AGAIN TODAY 5/2 AND JOE H ADVISED ME THERE WERE NO MORE REFUNDS DUE EVEN THO YOU DIDNT MAKE ANY REFUNDS SINCE YOU RECEIVED MY PACKAGE ON 4/21
HE REFUSED TO GET ANOTHER MANAGER AND TOLD ME TO EMAIL CORPORATE WHAT A JOKE... I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HANES AGAIN! YOU STILL OWE ME MONEY!
