I've ordered Books and Movies from Hamilton Book on numerous occasions and their service has been top notch each and every time. Close- out prices for items that arrive quickly, well packed and in pristine condition.

I have been ordering books from Edward R. Hamilton Bookseller for over fifteen years and it has always been a positive and satisfying experience. They have a vast selection of books, CDs and DVDs from which to choose. If by chance the book you had ordered is no longer available your credit card is not charged. I highly recommend Hamilton Books

... they emailed a shipping notification saying item shipped on the 5th, as of the 18th the tracking shows that USPS is still waiting for the item. Emailing their so-called customer service is a joke, if you get a response at all it is cut-and-paste gibberish that does not address the problem. If Ariel Stevens is a real person she should be fired.

I have ordered from Hamilton Books for several years. I have always been impressed with the products and service. It may be a couple of days longer to get my shipment ( probably waiting for my check to process) but I am COMPLETELY HAPPY with them! Always! Books and cds always as shown, and usually cheaper than other places. My 1st choice to go to!

I receive BARGAIN BOOKS catalog and order through HamiltonBook.com. I have never had a problem & enjoy having books & CD's coming my way. I have ordered by snail mail & internet. Have been happy ordering both ways (knowing snail mail would take longer). I enjoy the selection of books & CDs that aren't found in the box stores. My town no longer has a book store, so the catalog is like browsing down the isles of our old book store. Always gives me a smile.

Recently decided to give them a try. They came back to me a couple of days after I placed the order saying that the address was incorrect. It was a correct address. I told them to just process the order with the address I gave them and everything was fine. This morning I am being told they don't have the item in stock. It was a limited time item and it was clearly advertised as in-stock when I placed the order days ago. Terrible online store, terrible communication. I would stay away; they are slow to handle orders and they don't ship out.

I received my first book by Hamilton Book and it was marked up with black ink. There was no mention on the website when ordering that I was going to be receiving a marked up book. Customer service would not pay return shipping even though I received a book they called rendered even though there was no mention of it when I ordered.

Do not do business with this company at all costs, for example they will just leave items out of your order and scratch it out with pen on your packing slip but send you out the order anyways just assuming you do not care

Horrible customer service. I've emailed the company three times now over a two week period with no response. I guess my next step is going to have to be to send them a letter. If this wasn't the only company that can send books to my loved one I wouldn't use them.

Wonderful selection of books. My wife and I are in our 80's. Wifes suggestion, we build an under the stairs bookcase. This was during the pandemic. So we did!

I HAVE ORDERED SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST, BUT THIS WILL PROBABLY BE MY LAST TIME. I ORDERSED SEVERAL BOOKS WHICH WERE SHIPPED WITH THE EXCLUSION OF ONE.THE NOTE SAID IT WAS OUT OF STOCK AND WOULD BE SHIPPED WHEN IT CAME IN. I HAVE TRIED TO COMMINICATE FOR A REFUND OR THE BOOK.NO SUCESS, THEY DO NOT CARE.

So many interesting titles at great bargain prices. Tough to decide! I ordered four books on Monday evening and they came in the mail on Thursday!

After purchasing a book, I was immediately emailed a receipt. The email also stated that my order could be expected in 14 days.!4 days came and went without any shipment. Nor did I receive further info on this order! I contacted Hamilton via email 15 days after I placed my order, only to be told my order was listed as VOID. No explanation why. I would think they should have the decency to let the customer know their order was not going to be filled. I would never trust this company again.
