Trying to return the items I purchased and you have to take images of the contents - why?
I have purchased 4 products from Halara. I have purchased their flare leggings, high-waisted joggers, regular leggings, and a long-sleeved workout top. The only product I've kept is the long-sleeved workout top. ALL the other products were either of poor quality or were not long enough on me.
I'm on the taller side, 5'7, but I'm not extremely tall by any means. For the most part, especially when it comes to athleisure, I fit into normal sizes. However, the flare leggings and joggers (ordered in small and medium) fit more like capris. There is NO way of making them look good. The measurements on their website are very obviously flawed.
The regular pink leggings I ordered were SO see-through they looked like tights. "No idea how anyone could wear them in public without getting arrested" see-through. I threw them in the trash.
Returns, unlike advertised on their website, are NOT easy. First of all, their customer service is a nightmare to work with. You have to provide pictures of the product, a detailed description of why you want to return it, wait for it to go through approval, all while dealing with an unresponsive customer service team. I can't tell you how many times I had to reply to their automated emails from their customer service department before I actually got a response (they encourage you in the automated email to reply, otherwise your case will be closed). Absolutely awful. If you do get to the point where they allow a refund, YOU have to pay for shipping to return them. So essentially you're getting screwed over either way.
Additionally, they will not post negative reviews. I tried to write a review warning girls over 5'4 to not buy the leggings and joggers I bought. However, after weeks of awaiting approval, the reviews were never posted. How are people supposed to know if a product is worth their money if the brand is too scared to post negative reviews of their products? What are they hiding from?
This company has a long way to go before they can compete with brands like Lululemon, Aerie, or Outdoor Voices. Do not purchase from them, it is a complete gamble of what kind of product you'll get.

Great order. The clothes are great. Shipping took a little long but overall two thumbs up.
Shipping is always quick and the prices are usually quite affordable. If you know what to look for, its a budget version of sites like gymshark or fabletics and you still get good quality materials to last you through your workout!
