After waiting over a month for my order to arrive, the zipper on the jumpsuit broke the very first time I wore it. I reached out to customer service, but was told there was nothing they could do. Unfortunately, this experience reflects both poor product quality and disappointing customer support. As a result, I will not be purchasing from this company again.
Very disappointed in their return process. It is very hard to figure out even where to go and how to process a return. By the time I figured it out it is a little past the allowable time and they are telling me that I cannot return. I have two pair of jeans that I paid a lot of money for that do t fit and they refuse to take them back. In regards to quality: I have another pair that does fit, however the quality is sub par because they snag easily in things like my rings. I have multiple snags and little holes now in this other pair. I do love the fit of these jeans.
