I ordered a pair of the tie-dye leggings and they were completely transparent and I cannot where them what so ever, I emailed back and forth for months with customer service waiting for weeks at a time for a reply and they eventually just stopped answering me. There products are nice but if you get something like I did dont expect to get your money back or compensated in any way.

Delivery was great. Would love to see more product availability on the website. My size and colors were all out of stock and could only purchase black.
Totally understand the supply chain issues, however, I had placed my order on 12/13. On the site, there was no reference of any items being "pre-order". It wasn't until after I had ordered that I found out that nothing was going to ship until 12/25. I also understand the holidays, but there was no movement until 12/31. Still have not received my order as of 1/4...
Also, the fact that this was a re-order due to the first pair of leggings I had ordered having a hole in them after wearing them for less than 2 hrs, that only makes the whole experience more disappointing. So I'm essentially still awaiting a non-faulty item that I had ordered back on 11/26...

I see frequent advertisement raving about these leggings so I ordered a pair of the pet fur resistant leggings and a pair of joggers. I was super excited to get them! But... I NEVER received them. The money was immediately pulled from my account for payment. I placed my ordered at the very beginning of Dec. And then received multiple emails apologizing for the delay of tracking update. Finally I emailed to ask if I could just cancel the order and be refunded because at this time (after weeks of waiting) I was feeling like I was just getting a complete run around. I was given a partial refund only to receive yet another email telling me they could no longer find my package. After my experience I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company, I personally will not be.

I love my exercise dresses from Halara but after being disappointed by their street clothes I have come to the conclusion that their workout wear is the only good thing worth the money on their website. You might as well go to SHEIN for their other clothes because you'd get the same low quality but probably for less! (and this is coming from someone who no longer shops at SHEIN). Also, their sizing was wayy off and most of my order didn't fit me (too small or too big).
It was fine but when I went to reorder in a bigger size because none of the ones I brought fit the item wasn't being sold anymore

Will sell on marketplace to try and get my money back. Will not ever do business here again. Poor quality; poor customer service!

I have had nothing but issues with this company. It has been stuck in CA for 2 weeks without moving. It started its shipment from CA then went to China and then came right back to CA. I can forgive long wait times but the company has put no effort in to help mitigate this issue. I have contacted them multiple times and have not received a response. You can only contact them by email and for my troubles they provided me a whole $5. I spent over $50 and have no idea where my package is and the company will not give me my money back. I don't even want the package at this point.
