I ordered two pairs of the crossover leggings the sizing was not true at all I ordered a medium and it did not fit you could see through them and they do not look flattering. I will not be ordering again I was gifted them and the tags were already off so I can't return them but I will not be wearing them or recommending to others
My order was taking quite awhile so i emailed them and heard back pretty quick. She found out that my order had been lost at the airport and immediately gave me a full refund and even a discount code if i wanna buy from them again. This was only less than a week of me receiving my order. They offered me a gift card instead but refuse to give me a return label to return my clothes. I do not believe the positive reviews on this site. And it's hard to post a negative review because when I try it gives my review a low "credibility" rating. Halara will not allow you to return items no matter what it says on their site. They sent me a link that does not work and there is no number to call. It's a scam.

The skirt shorts & built in cup sports bras are nice, leggings are way to slippery & I have to keep on pulling them up. Takes 2.5 weeks for express shipping even though it says 2-5 days for delivery, returns aren't helpful they only offer you a return of half the price that you bought it for (even when you provide still in the package & with tags unworn pictures like it says in the return policy). To try to appease you they offer you a gift card with the reduced return price & you only have 3 months to use them also you can't double up on the gift card unlike normal gift cards which don't expire. I'll only buy from them just to use the gift cards but after they are finished never again.

Very disappointed. I bought two dresses using their sizing chart. The dresses arrived and were too small unfortunately. I contacted their support asking to exchange them for another size. I got back a response that basically said ‘Your order is outside the 14-day window of returns. We will not help you. Your case is closed.' I was not asking to return the items, I wanted to exchange these brand new, unworn, tags-on, still in package items for something that worked because I liked them but they were just too small. I didn't realize it was a 14-day policy, I thought it was the industry standard 30-day return and 60-day exchange policy. That was not obvious on their site. How does a 14 day policy even work with online orders? If I'd known that it was only 14 days, I would not have purchased them. Not only was the customer service rude, but they were super unhelpful.
Sadly, I will not buy from Halara again because of this awful customer service. Now I'm stuck with two dresses that don't work, out my $70, and Halara lost a good customer. I'm a honest customer that's willing to spend good money on good clothes at places that treat their customers with decency, consideration, and respect. Not everyone is the -buy it, wear it once, return it- type. Perhaps if they updated their sizing chart, and changed their return policy to more of the industry standard, I bet they would have a lot more repeat customers (probably myself included if it wasn't for the rude customer service representatives). I guess I will just go back to Nordstrom, where I get good service and returns are no hassle. Even Walmart is better than these guys! Halara lost a good customer, and I feel like I was swindled. They also have been absolutely harassing me with marketing emails and text messages since I ordered from them. I feel like on top of this terrible experience, I'm being harassed by their marketing campaign. Don't bother, save yourself the hassle and disappointment and go somewhere else.

Skirts are not true to the size chart posted on the website, and you must pay for return shipping. Clothing quality is just okay, but way too small so you will have to pay to exchange and get the right size. Their sizing chart says a medium is a 27.5 inch waist which would fit perfectly. The medium I ordered has a 25 inch waist (see picture). The large they replaced it with has a 26.5 inch waist, still too small! Would not recommend.

The sizes are not "typical" and much smaller than normal -also should have read the reviews!
I requested a refund/exchange and they were not accommodating to either as the 14 days had passed and due to covid & the death of my husband I exceeded the normal/typical company policy. Most companies during the pandemic have accommodated circumstances however NOT this one!
That is very disappointing to hear that this company and given the $$$ of my order does not have empathy for covid cases or the loss of a spouse where exceptions to "typical" rules/returns would be waived.
Please be aware of this heartlessness!

I had high hopes for this company at first because their leggings and bras seemed to be really nice. However I received my package today, and none of the items fit. I ordered a Large in a medium support bra, and my boobs just fall out of the bottom, and its much smaller than it should be. I also ordered a large in a pair of leggings, and they look like they are fit for a child. I used the sizing chart correctly, but now that I've received the wrong size, I cannot return it because sizing isn't their issue! Please do not buy from them if you are on the larger side, find a company that will actually care for you.

I paid for express shipping and had an expected delivery date. They refunded my shipping and now it won't arrive on time. When I emailed the company, they were of no help. Don't allow for express shipping if you can't accommodate that.

Two of the items I got I had no issues with, the In My Feels Sports Cropped Top and the Everyday 2 in 1 tennis skirt. The skirt is a good dupe for the Lululemon Pace Rival Skirt and the top is a dupe for the Muscle Love Long Sleeve.
The High Rise Elastic Joggers were what really intrigued me at the start but I added some photos of some questionable seams. The quality wasn't incredible, but I guess you get what you pay for. I didn't love the waistband on them but they were overall super breathable and comfortable.
The In My Feels Leggings weren't anything crazy to write home about.
