Super affordable and CUTE clothing! You 100% get your money's worth. This was the first time I ordered clothes online and loved almost every item. Clothes from Halara are exactly as pictured. And the sizing is accurate. Also, they have great customer service support and respond to you very quickly (unlike other sites that try to scam you out of your money).
Very thin material... color isn't even the same blue... not easy to return... I am not pleased and would like to return

Although I did my research to try to find out how to return/exchange an item, and though I submitted no less than 4 emails to seek assistance, it seems there is no customer service and no way to return items. No response.
I ordered 3 things off their site after being bombarded with tiktok ads for months- I figured if they have enough ads and enough people saying positive things it would be worth a shot since I needed some new leggings. One of the pairs fits well but the other one was like pulling on a pair of tights. Both leggings were in the same size, and the smaller fitting pair was such a weird thick material that just did not feel good. I requested a return for that pair the next day and gave all the info they asked for only to be asked for my reason for returning again... I already told you they didn't fit well. After that I was told I would receive store credit instead of returning the item to "Avoid dealing with shipping delays". I responded that it was NOT ok as I wanted to buy something elsewhere. I already tried the brand and it's very so-so, and didn't care to buy anything else from them. My email bounced back due to their inbox being full and then I was told I could return them but I'd have to pay for return shipping as it's a "small startup company" and they cannot provide the shipping label. For a small startup company they sure sell a lot of products and sure have a lot of money to spend on advertising. I don't normally have a negative review for shopping sites but I would avoid Halara if you can. They sell clothing pieces you can buy off other sites for much cheaper, and they aren't anything super impressive that you just HAVE to have them.

I kept seeing all the adds all over my fyp so I finally broke down and ordered a pair of the leggings. They are ok at best. They feel very cheap and are not flattering at all. They have no support and the material shows every bump and curve. The legs fit tight but the waist is loose. I can get much better quality off of amazon for half the price.

I got a pair of leggings that I thought were going to be cute and fit me good. They didn't fit me at all and they are too slick. I am not trying to return it and the whole process is taking too long. I have to say why I want to return the legging multiple times and send pictures. I see why they want to know but why can't it be one time not more than once. I bet they have food products but they aren't for me.

If i could give a lower rating than 1 i would. Horrible to deal with. Clothes are sub par and they tell you they are made in the US and they are not. Good luck trying to get a refund! Spent 89US and they offered me 5.00US. Stay away!

I ordered as dress, wanted tro return it and emailed the company, they didn't get back to me for days, when I went to process the return it seems to be too late. I think this is poor business practice. I like to order online but if I can't be sure I can return it easily I am not going to continue with a company.

I bought several sports bras and leggings, and some of the sports bras are a hit and miss with how supportive they are (even though they were listed as medium to high support), and the leggings are NOT squat proof. One of the leggings so far even has a whole in the upper thigh area at a seam after washing, but before I have even worn them.

I ordered my items on September 7 and it is now September 22. The tracking is a joke because all it says is that the package is in the United States. I ordered well over the limit so I was to receive 2 to 5 day shipping. It is virtually impossible to talk to anybody on this site. If I ever get the items that I ordered I really wonder what kind of quality they will be as their quality and service is awful. Just to be advised before you order! How disappointing!

My items came by day 5. Please disregard review. I paid $20 for express shipping(2-5 business days) this is day 4 and my order just cleared customs in Hong Kong. I live in New York. If I don't have it by tomorrow I do not need it

The return process is a nightmare! I had to email the company and wait on customer service to approve my return. Once I reached a customer service representative, they offered me an in store credit instead of refund. I had to explain why I didn't not want an in-store credit, I simply wanted a refund for my unused merchandise that did not fit. After waiting 3 days, I finally received a shipping address for returns. There is no information online to do returns. You have to email customer service and wait for their approval and return code. Then, they informed me that they do not offer return shipping or a return shipping label to print. I have to take it to my nearest shipping facility and purchase a shipping label. It has been a long unnecessary process to return the items. Also, the clothes are made in Hong Kong. They are SMALL. Please order accordingly. I will say that the pants I kept are nice. They are thicker material, not see through.
