I ordered one week ago they said there product will come fresh. Whole box came hot and meat was all bad. I was so excited for this order. They used 3 small ice packs which were all thawed out. All that meat and 3 small ice packs is what they use and say it will come "fresh". So dissatisfied with this order never ordering again
The meats are good but it doesn't make sense to me that they're making me pay $19.99 for shipping and my meat (usually I order halal Turkey bacon) is only $8. I end up paying $28 just for some bacon strips so it's kinda ridiculous to me so I stopped ordering.
This order was delivered on time as promised. However, my other order ******* was never picked by FedEx, according to the tracking number. They argued with me it was delivered.
When you call, there is nobody there to answer your call. You are directed to leave a message, or to send an email.
Absolutely loved my experience at HalalWorldDepot! The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for a date night or catching up with friends. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who were knowledgeable about the menu. As for the food, it was divine! Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I highly recommend trying their signature dish - it was a culinary delight! Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I can't wait to repeat.

Prices are higher than what most can afford. Halal should be made much easier to have at reasonable cost or at least comparable to market prices at standard grocery stores.
I was overcharged these amounts: $69.99 for shipping (I met the threshold for FREE shipping); $15.00 for 10% discount as first time customer (code HWD010); $2.99 handling fee for perishable and non-perishable (not disclosed); $14.99 halal beef hot dogs (FREE on promotion for orders over $149). I called the business customer service desk at *******543. I got a recording that the phone is not staffed and don't bother calling back. I told them in an email that I am ordering for a new Afghani refugee in Butte, Montana. He is the only muslim in that town. His wife just had a miscarriage and needs meat for nutrition as soon as possible. She lost a lot of blood. Halal World Depot still hasn't shipped and it's been five days -- the order was supposed to be delivered within one week. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service, the overcharges, the slow delivery. This is a poor business model. They should do way better for charging such HIGH PRICES!
I didn't know why shipping was so much. I thought if you purchased anything over 150 the shipping was free but ended up paying much more for it especially since I have been a valued customer for over a year.
Worst customer service ever. Their shipment is never on time even if it has meats. Very Hard to contact this establishment. They do not reply to emails on time. They usually have amnesia about previous incidents with their customer service issue. Their prices are just out of this world. Halal does not mean you rip people off. You still buy your meats from restaurant depot.
My last order was 10 days late they apologized and said it won't happen again well well well here we are again with The same issue.
So happy to be able to get Halal meats since there are no sources in Springfield, IL.

Pricing - terrible... prices are double what you can get from a local shop (unless you are miles away from a local shop and this is your only option). Shipping is also more expensive than two other online options
Suggestion - create an incentive program for repeat customers with discounted prices, points per order and reductions in shipping costs.
I have placed orders with Halal World 4 times over the last 2 months. The products received are always fresh and well packaged. It's been a pleasure shopping here. I look forward to placing and receiving my orders from the convenience of my home.
Everything arrived frozen and intact the deli Turkey cut slices and beef bologna. Tasty and fresh. I live somewhere these aren't easily available so happy I was able to order from here And order came quicker than expected date
I was very impressed by first how well my shipment was packed. The meats came in a recyclable styrofoam cooler surrounded by re-useable ice-packs. I was so satisfied with the freshness and delicious flavor of both the Deli sliced halal turkey and the beef pepperoni. My husband enjoyed having a nice sliced turkey sandwich to take to work. We also made a wonderful homemade pepperoni pizza.
Absolutely exceeded my expectations with the way it was packaged, sent, and quality of meat. Very professional, informative customer service as well. Especially with everything going on with Covid-19. Will definitely continue to order from them!
Some items began to defrost slightly prior to arrival; my order was during a hot summer month. This was my first experience ordering meat online. All items were labeled halaal and packed well. I would recommend for anyone having difficulty buying locally.

I was just expecting to receive what I ordered, but I was so happy when I found out I can mail back the styrofoam free of charge to be recycled by the company. It shows you guys really care about the environment and protecting the planet God created. I love that.
I ordered goat from halalworlddepot. The shipment was delayed by Fedex and it arrived after 72 hours with all the meat completely thawed and at room temperature. We couldn't use that meat and contacted halalworlddepot. They immediately set it right by shipping our previous order again at no charge to us and it arrived frozen and cold. I will continue to use them for goat which we don't get in my local town in Missouri.
So grateful to see these types of services popping up. Living in a rural town HalalWorldDepot has made eating halal so much simpler. Would love to see labels on the products so it's easier to decipher what the products are once frozen. Would definitely recommend this company to others. Meat has been great!
