I ordered frozen raw chicken, nuggets, and fillets as well as other grocery items. The frozen items were shipped to me in a styrofoam container with ice packs and the non-frozen items were shipped separately. They were packed with care and I did not encounter any issues. I also interacted with the Halal World Depot's staff through facebook and they were quick to respond and handle my requests. Very convenient and efficient for me to shop here. Obviously the prices are a bit higher than if you go to a brick and mortar store but that is expected due to the online ordering and shipping services they are providing. Great service! I will order from here again soon InshaAllah.

The deli meat tastes great, but it is a bit expensive. Well too expensive. For only 1 packet, it is around $12. I expected at least two packets at least for one purchase, which would be a bit reasonable. But it was only 1 packet.
I requested that the Goat Leg be sent whole (not cut into pieces) with just the main bone broken, the reason -
1. The cut meat has small, sharp shards of bones, (similar complaints by other customers as well)
2. Further the leg meat appears to be mixed with less desirable cuts. I had one 2lb bag with just bones mainly from the back bone & pelvis (not parts of the leg).
3.The prior order was mislabeled - the Pkt labeled Goat leg had Lamb meat.
I believe your service is generally good but you must pay attention to complaints & suggestions.
Make your web site more user friendly for viewing & ordering.
Have an instruction dialogue box for customer instructions with orders.
Certain meat orders do not show the weights of the item.
Have more 'deals' to encourage larger purchases

I called to inquire about their supposed "Zabiha" Halal process on their Sharifa turkey slices.
Owner, Aref Saad, got hostile and refused to answer any questions stating "I don't have to tell you"
About the Halal process. No transparency means he's hiding something.

It took you more than 7 days to deliver my order, which was exceptionally long. I wish it could be reduced.

Bad. Don't advertise if you don't carry it. Substitution was not what we ordered.
Some items began to defrost slightly prior to arrival; my order was during a hot summer month. This was my first experience ordering meat online. All items were labeled halaal and packed well. I would recommend for anyone having difficulty buying locally.
It's great to be able to get halal meat in the US even though there aren't many Muslims in my area. Service is quick, prices are great.
I question if the "ribeye steaks" I bought were actually ribeye though. Some packages had a bunch of very thin pieces of meat in them. Others were cut irregularly. Overall though, I'm satisfied.
About 10 days ago I wrote to you to feedback on the quality of halal roast beef packed by Saad Halal meats but no one has reverted on my feedback. By the way the product has lose its vacuum the day it arrived. The meats turned greenish by the 4th day. Was disappointed with the product.

I ordered beef pepperoni from HalalWorldDepot.com. The food came earlier than planned and tastes amazing. The customer service was excellent, and the costs were reasonable. We will certainly need them again in the future.
I trust the label. The fillets were packed in one bag. Unless you plan on defrosting, cooking and eating 6+ fillet mignons at one time, I would avoid that. I want my steaks individually wrapped and frozen.
Otherwise, the meat was good and the delivery timely.

This business canceled the $65 minimum order for free shipping policy and started to charge ~$20 For shipping without warning/notice. When I contacted customer service to question the surprising shipping charge, I was told, shipping charges cost more now! I'm not aware of any shipping rate changes implemented by UPS recently. I asked if they can apply my reward points towards shipping cost or waive the shipping cost one time since I wasn't aware of this policy change but I didn't receive response. Additionally, for the whole chicken (One of the items I ordered), I selected to leave the skin option however I received one Chicken with skin off. Meat quality has been good, Previous order had problem with the weight of few items but customer service was responsive and fixed the issue. All packages are labeled Zabihah halal.
Very happy I found this site, the items are hard to find in my city & was able to order from home with very fast delivery. Items come packed with lots of care, will be back again soon!
In your FAQ, you claim that all shipments will be delivered 3 days after order has been confirmed but when your about to checkout the shipping times are close to +7 to 10 days after order confirmation. So how is this possible? Also you claim to have enough dry ice./cold packs for the 3 days so then the items will arrive spoiled due to not enough ice packs. Also, what aren't there other options for shipping? I wouldn't mind paying extra if need be to have it shipped and delivered overnight or in 2 days but that's not available. My first two orders in early 2022, were great! No issues, shipped within 1 day of my order being confirmed and I received it in 48hrs after that confirmation. The last two orders, in the height of summer, arrived 7-10 days after my order was confirmed and then when I brought it to your attention, you claimed that their were shipping delays, but the shipping info stated there were no shipping delays.
