He was VERY professional - VERY friendly - and VERY Good - he subsequently fixed my e-mail problem. Not only did he fix the e-mail problem, but, he also went out of his way to check on other virus related issues and resolved them. Outstanding service by an Outstanding company. I have a 3-year contract and called primarily because an email I received from a "friend" was actually a hacked email account. My call to Guruaud was to determine if my computer was compromised. Not only did I receive the service for the potential threat but I also had my applye and Window computers scanned and "cleaned" up. Service was great

I had pop-up coming up to the point I could use my computer, they were so bad that I couldn't even shut down my computer. I could not get windows ten to install avast internet after Microsoft had had uninstalled it to fix a problem with no start menu or catana not working. I tried to install avast the next day but would not, so I went to avast website to download the licence again but no way could I get it working.
I phoned guruaid and they had it installed soon as well as tuning up my computer.
Throughout the process of fixing my computer my technician, Ketan Kadu, was very helpful and informative of what he was doing and how it was affecting my computer. I am thankful for the great job they did. They saved me from having to buy a new computer.

My computer had a virus that locked it around 2 to 5 minutes when I start surfing. After many attempts to make it work unsuccessfully I reached out to Guru aid and everybody on the chain was just great and patient.It looked like a computer lesson and they showed patience and professionalism all the way. I would give minus stars if I could. I thought I was contacting Dell support and this number popped up and they acted like Dell support when I explained my issue. Computer. Before they could service my computer I needed to buy a service contract. I agreed to $179,00 for one year thinking this was Dell' Iwas billed $299.99. Bottom line they accessed my computer, removed Kaspersky and caused seriously infected my computer,. Requiring me to cancel my Discover card and Dell to take much time to remove all the spyware. A very upsetting situation. To say the least.
