Long hold time to get started. I got dropped from calls and the Guru I was working with did not call me. I had two machines and finally had the same Guru (Pralhad Jadhav) and he seems to have solved my problems on BOTH machines. He was excellent to work with. I wish I could get him when I call in for future reviews.

Sanjay Gupta - Did a great job. I had downloaded McAfee to supersede Norton because McAfee was supposed to be better. I immediately got attacked by a storm of popups. Then I was told it was a trojan and McAfee could do nothing about it; I WOULD Have to sign up for a $399 support function. I said "No" repeatedly and went back to you. Sanjay removed McAfee, reinstalled Norton, and after a while, fixed the popup trojan or whatever it was. I love you guys.

They posed as McAfee, got me to let them connect to my computer, ran diagnostics, told me McAfee wouldn't work until they fixed "issues" on my brand new computer. Pressured me to buy $120 tuneup. Find someone else to help you!

Called to have my Avast Sofware installed on my new computer and computer tech inspected my computer thoroughly and detected errors in configurations and settings. After fixing some errors, another tech took over and took charge of the other errors and isues my brand new computer had. Guruaid went far beyond what I expected... far beyond what I originally called for. I'm a very happy customer!

This is the first thing that comes up under a search for "Itunes customer service" DO NOT CALL THEM! I asked them for a refund on an app that was a mistake that I had purchased and they tried to convince me that my IPad had a virus on it that it had recieved through my home wi-fi connection! They offier me a monthly package of $50 a month to install "lock software" on my IPad. No way! I received an actual phone number from the Apple helpdesk at https://getsupport.apple.com, and they were wonderful, they called me in a matter of minutes and were able to walk me through the steps in the settings with no charges... it's a miracle!

Extremely annoyed at the service I received by Ashref Khan. He was not giving me the time to speak. He was speaking over myself. Would not give me a refund for the auto enrolment for £59.99 unless I paid £50 for his service. Then, what is the point? I could have got it fixed for free then call back to get a different macaffee program. All I wanted at the end of the call was a refund for that automatic charge then use a different program afterwards. Due to the poor customer service, I will never re-use a Macaffee product! He was also unable to give me an Macaffee phone or e-mail. As a third party system, surely you have Macaffee's contact details. Otherwise, how do you contact them? Unacceptable! Was a costumer for 2 years, I will never renew again. Luckly, I spoke to Jane from Macaffee who was then listening to my request and efficiently made a refund.

Excellent service

Yogeshe Vishwakarma was my technician who gave my PC an excellent service. My Pc was infected and many more other problems but he took all the time to clean, repair and checked my system completly.
I am very very satisfied.
I had many times to have my PC serviced before but he is the best if I may say so.
