I have used the services of Guruaid for several years now and they have kept my computer running well and clean up unused and unnecessary programs. Today's service went well and my computer was cleaned up quickly.

Eagesh: I have used GuruAid on a number of occasions now and have then to be extremely polite and helpful. They have always acted professionally and solved the problem. Sometimes the problems have been very complex and taken a few hours but they have always succeeded in finding the solution.
They have been invaluable in keeping me, and my wife, online.

To whom it may concern: My technician, SACHIN KULKAMI, *******, THE BEST! He patiently worked on system which contained a virus, had to reach, but with his thorough knowledge, he got it, and destroyed it. He took time from a personal day off to come back and help me. Taking care of the matter, appropriately, competently, and good demeanor. A gentlemen to the end. As I said to his supervisor, he needs to be promoted! How about President? I had an issue with my network, the info was not assigned to any program that I was useing and it prevented me from using programs by every user. Some programs would work, some would not so the network was eliminated.

Yogesh worked really hard to resolve all my issues on my computer and did a great job! I think this is a great service for monthly maintenance program outside of the run of the mill malware and antivirus software.

Periodically I get PC problems that I find cannot solve as I am out of my depth, Every time I use Guruaid they fix whatever the problem is, and believe me I have given some challenges.
Today I had a difficult issue and a Guruaid technician spent almost three hours solving the problem, throughout the process the technician was helpful, polite and solved the issue. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend it to anyone

Well what can i say apart from what i have said before Guru Aid are very helful do what they say. Don't believe what people say they are not scam merchants they do the job that they say they do, they have cleaned and clarified any problems on my computer and also my husband in total their service is excellent and would recommend them to everyone. They are very professional and even though it may take up to 4 hours to work on your computer you can sit back and watch the professionals do the work right in front of your eyes and if you feel uncomfortable you can disconnect at any time without worrying, they will only do the job you are asking them to do total satisfaction 5 stars all the way.

I have been very happy with the service I have received from day one. I have and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family. This is the safest and best I have felt about my computer in a long time and it is because of Guraid. My technician was great, knew exactly what he was doing, was patient to make sure he covered all my issues. Checked and double checked everything. My computer is clean, tuned up and safe.

Nilesh Sawant was extremely helpful in restoring my internet service and the speed of my computer. He was professional and courtesy at all times which was outstanding as I am not a computer savvy person.
